Win an Outback Spring Eventure: A 7 night Birdsville Outback Racing Adventure to the 130th Annual Birdsville Races.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By entering the competition, entrants are automatically subscribed to receive Tourism Queensland communication.
2. Entrants must be residents of Australia and be of at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
3. Entrants will be entered into the "Win an Outback Spring Eventure” competition by visiting the competition page on the website http://www.adventureoutback.com.au and completing the entry form with valid details.
4. Entrants can only make one eligible entry.
5. Entries can be submitted from 9:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) 30th March 2012 until 16:00pm AEST 28th May 2012.
6. The prize value is worth over $8,500 AUD. The prize winner will be randomly drawn by the Promoter at Level 10, 30 Makerston St Brisbane Queensland on 1st June 2012 at 12:00 noon (AEST).
7. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. If a winner does not respond by 18th June 2012, a replacement winner may be drawn at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. The prize consists of a 7 night holiday package being a Birdsville Outback Racing Adventure to the 130th Annual Birdsville Races for 2 adults.
9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. All elements of the prize are available at www.adventureoutback.com.au .
10.Employees and Directors of the Promoter or agencies associated with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter the competition.
11.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes or any variation in the prizes advertised and the prizes provided. All expenses outside of the stated prize are at the cost and responsibility of the winner.
12.Each entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
