TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Survey respondents may enter once in each online survey.

2. The promoters are brandmanagement ABN 46 111 644 243 and CoreData ABN 31 111 643 808.

3. Competition commences midnight 1st April 2012 and closes 11.59pm 30th June 2012.
4. Respondents must be over 18 years.

5. Only valid survey responses from: http://www.coredata.com.au/surveys will be eligible for prize.

6. Total prize value $3179. There is one major prize of an iPad 3 with Wi-Fi +4G 16GB to the value of $679. There will also be fifty runners up prizes of a $50 gift card for the winner to spend at their choice of Coles Group & Myer, Bunnings Warehouse, JB Hi-Fi, Westfield or Rebel Sport.

7. The winner will be drawn at 10.00a.m on 10th July 2012 at
brandmanagement / CoreData, Suite 2, Level 11, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney 2000.

8. The winner will be notified by email on 11th July 2012 and published in
The Australian newspaper Friday 20th July 2012.

9. If the prize is unclaimed by 5pm 12th October 2012, the winner will be redrawn at
Brandmanagement / CoreData, Suite 2, Level 11, 66 Hunter Street, Sydney 2000 at 10.00a.m on 15th October 2012.

10. Winners of the redraw will be notified by email on 15th October 2012 and published in The Australian newspaper Friday 26th October 2012.
11. Subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Authorized under NSW Permit No LTPS/12/02307 and ACT Permit No ACT TP 12/01096.

I'd done a search and couldn't find the survey link.  I'd even joined CoreData, hoping they'd send me the survey invite!  So, thanks heaps for providing the correct link!
