TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BUNCH OF FIVES PROMOTION
The following terms and conditions apply for the Prime Radio BUNCH OF FIVES promotion.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will begin Monday 23rd of April, 2012 and continue until the 11th of May, 2012 OR until the second major prize is won, whichever is first.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to listen for a montage of five songs played on air. Listeners must then be the random caller through to have the chance to attempt to identify all five songs by title and artist in the correct order. The contestant will only have one attempt to do so per call.
3. PRIZE
There will be two Major Prizes, each being $5,000.00; awarded in the form of a cheque made out of the winner’s name. The Major prize will be given away a MAXIMUM of two times during the promotion. Once the second Major Prize has been awarded the competition will cease.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The winner of the major prize will be the first contestant to correctly identify all five songs in the montage by title and artist in the correct order.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified on air at the time of winning. The winner will then be contacted by phone call to arrange collection of the Major Prize.
6. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
7. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Employees and their immediate families of are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after winners announcement a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be awarded.
8. ALTERATION OF CONTEST SPOTS
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason.
