Shop For Wine and Marque Restaurant are giving you the chance of winning a dinner for 2 with matching wines, valued at $470.
 
For those of you who don’t yet know the highly acclaimed Marque Restaurant in Surry Hills you have been seriously missing out. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dinner for 2 at Marque Restaurant
1.The promotion is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be over 18 years old.
2.The maximum total prize is up to the value of $470 (incl GST) representing:
An 2 x 8 course degustation menus valued at $300 + wine matching valued at $170.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase wine online at www.shopforwine.net.au, and send in the Order ID number along with their answer to the following question in 25 words or less:
 
Why do you think life is too short to drink bad wine?
 
Answers and Order ID numbers need to be sent to Contact Us.
 
             with the Subject title: Competition.
 
3.The Promoters, and their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies are ineligible to win any prize. 
4.The competition commences at 1am on 09/03/2012 and closes at midnight on 30/05/2012.
5.The promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, misguided or lost entries. All entries received after the closing date will be deemed invalid.
6.The promoter will choose the winners by the 15th of June 2012.
7.The Voucher will be sent to the person via email.
8.The promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and place of residence and can disqualify anyone it deems to have submitted incorrect personal information.
9.The prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
10.The winners will be notified by a written email sent after the 20th of June 2012.
11.The promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence or objections will be accepted or entered into.
12.The promoter reserves the right to publish any entries it chooses on either the shopforwine.net.au website or the Shop Fort Wine facebook pages.
14.The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
15.Entrants can enter with every purchase made and sales receipts will be needed with each entry.
16.The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Any entry that is deemed incomplete, indecipherable or illegible by the Promoter will be invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems, or technical malfunction of any equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
17.The promoter recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of the information collected during this competition, in particular information that is capable of identifying an individual ("personal information"). The promoter may use this information for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes and may share this information if deemed necessary to carry out any promotions, marketing or to send out prizes.
