The car is valued at up to $50,421 and comes complete with standard five year unlimited kilometer warranty, 18 inch alloy wheels, electro chromatic mirror with rear view camera display, metallic paint, adventure pack, nudge bar, side steps and tow bar and ball, stamp duty, one year registration and CTP insurance.

The promotional period begins 26th April 2012 at 9.00am AEST and closes 8th July 2012 at 5.30pm. AEST.
Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia. Entrants must be over the age of fourteen (14) years to enter. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families, including their children and wards) of the promoter, it’s related entities, corporations or franchisees, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
To enter the competition, eligible entrants must, during the promotional period (as defined in section 3), fully complete in the following manner required the following steps:

a) Purchase an adult ticket to Dreamworld, present the purchased ticket at Dreamworld entry for first time admission to the park and receive ONE (1) entry form to be completed in full and placed in the designated entry barrel located inside Dreamworld during normal park operating hours while they are on the day of their first visit. Each adult ticket is eligible for ONE (1) entry on the first day of admission.
b) Purchase or renew an Adult ‘unlimited pass’ and present at Pass holder entry for first time entry and receive TWO (2) entry forms to be completed in full and placed in the designated entry barrel located inside Dreamworld during normal park operating hours. Each adult ‘unlimited’ pass purchased and presented for first entry during the promotional period is eligible TWO (2) entries during the promotional period. Subsequent entries will not be eligible.
c) Present your current ‘unlimited pass’ at the Dreamworld Pass holder entry and receive ONE (1) entry form to be completed in full and placed in the designated entry barrel inside Dreamworld during normal park operating hours. Each adult ‘unlimited’ pass holder is eligible for one (1) entry to the competition during the promotional period. Subsequent entries will not be eligible.
Entry forms must be completed in full and must be placed in the entry barrel during the promotional period to be eligible.
One major winner will be drawn at Dreamworld, Dreamworld Parkway, Coomera, Qld 4209. Winner will be drawn at 4.00pm AEST on 10th July 2012. Winner will be notified by email on 11th July 2012. Winner will be announced in ‘The Australian’ on Friday 20th July 2012.
There is one (1) major prize to be drawn. Prize includes a near new Hyundai Santa Fe Trail 2.2L CRDi Diesel Automatic 4WD including standard 5 Year Unlimited Kilometer Warranty, 18 inch alloys, Electro chromatic mirror with rear view camera display, rear seat entertainment, leather seats / leatherette seats*, leather steering wheel and shift knob, privacy glass, metallic paint, adventure pack, nudge bar, side steps and tow bar and ball, stamp duty, one year registration (in the State or Territory of the winner’s usual address), CTP insurance and delivery to the closest Hyundai dealer to the winners usual residential address. Total prize is valued at up to $50,421 AUD (recommended retail price including GST and on road costs, depending on the State or Territory of the winner’s usual residential address).
To be eligible to claim the prize, the winner must be capable of obtaining motor vehicle registration of the prize in his or her name in accordance with the applicable legislation in the State or Territory in which the motor vehicle is collected. If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the motor vehicle prize in his or her name then such winner may, notwithstanding any condition to the contrary herein, assign the motor vehicle prize to another person with legal capacity for the purpose of registration thereof (subject to the approval of the winner’s parent or guardian if the winner is under the age of eighteen (18) years).
All insurance not outlined in the prize is the responsibility of the winner. The Major Prize must be registered by the prize winner prior to collection. Any number plate details used in the promotion are representation only. The Major Prize must be collected by the Prize Winner from the nearest Hyundai’s dealer to the Prize Winners usual residential address. The actual vehicle may or may not be the vehicle on display.
Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Neither the promoter nor Hyundai or its dealers will provide a substitute model or exchange the vehicle for cash. In the event the prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the righter to award a substitute prize of equivalent value in its discretion, subject to approval of the various State/Territory Trade Promotion Lottery authorities.
Major Prize must be collected by the winner within 3 months of date of draw. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize. If the prize is not claimed an unclaimed prize draw may take place on 30th October 2012 at 4.00pm at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners name will be published in The Australian on Friday 2nd October 2012.
In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize must be collected by their parent or legal guardian aged 21 years and over.
Any change in the value of the prize between publishing date and the date prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
Selection of prize winner is by random draw and is final. No discussion will be entered into.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The promoter makes no warranties and accepts no liability in relation to the vehicle, its condition or fitness for any purpose. All warranty claims should be directed to the applicable manufacturer and not the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize that the prize winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in absolute discretion.
All ancillary costs or accessories not expressly provided are the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner. Each Major Prize excludes comprehensive insurance and operational costs, which are the responsibility of the winner. Delivery or collection of the vehicle (as applicable) is subject to availability of the vehicle, but is anticipated to be within 28 days from the date the winner is notified they have won.
Multiple entries will be accepted throughout the duration of the promotional period, but eligible entrants are limited to one entry per day and one entry per transaction and must fully comply with the entry requirements set out above. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. Online entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.
Each eligible entrant must retain and may be required to present proof of purchase in order to claim a prize. Entrants may be requested to provide to the Promoter proof of purchase for all entries made. If an entrant is unable to provide proof of purchase for all entries made, then it is the Promoter’s sole discretion whether to award any prize(s) to that entrant in the event they are drawn as a winner. Proof of purchase includes showing the original and providing a copy of the transaction receipt and the credit card used to complete the transaction with the cardholders photographic identification .
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The winners agree to participate in all reasonable promoted activities In relation to the Promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.
Each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner’s name and locality in any media as required under the relevant lottery legislation. Entrants can also gain access to, update or correct any personal information by contacting Dreamworld.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), and state permit regulation.
In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
