Conditions of Entry
1.By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is LMJ Developments Pty Ltd, ABN: 64 096 627 842 of 47 Smiths Road, Tinbeerwah, QLD 4563 on behalf of Tight Az Pty Ltd ABN: 55 155 118 620, Suite 237/117 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale NSW 2100.
2.This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
3.The Promotion commences as 10.01am AEST on 26 April 2012 and closes at the earlier of 16.59pm AEST 22 June 2012 (Promotion Period).
4.Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
5.To enter the Promotion, Entrants must visit the website
www.tightaz.com.au/comp and accurately complete an online entry form and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
6.Only one Entry via the Entry Form is permitted per Entrant. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
7.Entrants are awarded additional Entries into the Draw for every person they refer via email on the Entry Form at
www.tightaz.com.au/comp. Entrants should only nominate or refer this offer to friends, family, colleagues and other individuals who they have a direct relationship with, and who consent to receiving these types of messages. Entrants can only nominate or refer this offer to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Incomplete or null email addresses will not be counted as an additional entry.
8.The total Prize Pool is AUD$1000.00 cash. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. The Winners can choose to receive the cash prize via cheque or EFT payment. The Prize Draw will be conducted at 12.00pm AEST on 28 June 2012 at 47 Smiths Road, Tinbeerwah, QLD 4563. The Winner of the Prize will be the first valid Entry drawn.
9.The Winner will be notified by telephone within two days of the Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their name will be published in The Australian newspaper on 5 July 2012. In their written confirmation, winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners may need to provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.
10.If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on 27 September 2012 at the same time and location as the Prize Draw, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a winner, they will be notified by telephone within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 4 October 2012.
11.The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
12.The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
13.If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
14.The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree and consent to the Promoter: 1.using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming the Prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion;
2.using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and
3.using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and for any other purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
