Q10  Eva Perón? Both "Evita" and "Eva Perón" were released in 1996. http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0029009/

Q2 Strictly speaking, Christopher Reeve was in the rescue ship in "Gray Lady Down" so he was never "trapped in a sunken submarine" but I can't find anyone else who would fit.

Q10 Appears to require an actress to be the object of the biography.  So far I can only find  the movie Mommie Dearest, about Joan Crawford.  My guess is Marilyn Monroe but I will try to confirm....

Eva Perón was an actress although she was more famous as a political figure. Imdb shows she was in six films as an actress. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0675831/ However, there could well be a better known actress with two biopics released in one year so I'm still looking.

I'm never very good at these but I think No 7 might be CLIFTON WEBB (playing the role of Waldo Lydecker) in Laura (1994).
