Terms & Conditions

DECA are offering participants in DECA motorcycle Learner Permit and Licence Training courses free entry into a competition to win a Kawasaki motorcycle. The competition commences at 8:00am on Monday 12th March, 2012 and concludes at 5:00pm Tuesday 31st July, 2012. The competition draw offers one Kawasaki Ninja 250R SE. The total value of the prize is up to $6,790.80.

How It Works

DECA customers gain entry into the competition draw and thus have the opportunity to win one of the prizes, by:

1. Purchasing a place in a motorcycle Learner Permit Training Course delivered in Victoria or Tasmania, by DECA, during the competition period; or

2. Purchasing a place in any Motorcycle Licence Training Course delivered in Victoria or Tasmania, by DECA, during the competition period.

3.Those customers who purchase a place in both a Learner Permit Training Course and a Motorcycle Licence Training Course delivered in Victoria or Tasmania by DECA will receive two entries into the draw.

4. Customers are automatically entered into the draw when they enrol and pay for either course. A customer who does not wish to enter the draw can request that their name not be included in the draw.

5.The winning entry will be randomly selected by means of a computer-generated program. The program will contain the names and addresses of all entrants. In the event that the prize is unclaimed, a second draw from the original group of entrants will be made at 12:00pm on Monday 10th September, 2012 at 29 - 45 Millers Road, Altona North.

6.The terms and conditions of the competition will be published on the web site of DECA - www.deca.com.au. A copy of the terms and conditions will be distributed to each entrant at the time of their enrolment in the training course that gives rise to their entry.

The Prize
The prize is:
- A Kawasaki Ninja 250R SE motorcycle, valued up to $6,790.80.
The draw for this prize will occur at 12:00pm on Friday 10th August, 2012 at DECA, 29 - 45 Millers Road, Altona North, Victoria.

Conditions

a.The prize is strictly not negotiable, nor transferable. No part of the prize package is redeemable for cash.

b. Delivery of the motorcycle will be at the DECA branch closest to the residence of the winner. Delivery will be within 28 days of the draw. Transport of the motorcycle to the winner's residence is the responsibility and at the expense of the winner.

c. DECA reserves the right and licence to use the winner's name, suburb of residence, photograph and image for the purpose of promoting and advertising DECA.

d.The competition is open only to DECA customers who purchase and participate in a Motorcycle Learner Permit training course and/or a Motorcycle Licence training course delivered by DECA in Victoria and Tasmania between 8:00am Monday 12th March, 2012 and 5:00pm Tuesday 31st July, 2012.

e. Employees (and their immediate family members) of DECA and their advertising agencies are not eligible to enter the competition.

f. Subject to law, DECA (including their employees, agents and contractors) and any companies associated with this promotion have no liability to any person for injury including death, loss or damage whatsoever arising in connection with this competition or the prize (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prize).

g. DECA reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time and for any reason.

h. DECA will notify the winner by telephone and mail. The winner's details will be published in The Herald Sun and the Hobart Mercury on Wednesday 15th August, 2012 and on the website of DECA - www.deca.com.au

i. In the event that the prize is not claimed, a second draw will take place from the original entrants at 12:00pm on Monday 10th September, 2012 at 29 - 45 Millers Road, Altona North.
