Competition Terms and Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions of this competition:
1. Entry is open to businesses and individuals that purchase over $ 300 worth of any DARLIN (Aust) products (excluding GST & freight) from DARLIN (Aust) during the competition period.  Note: individuals must be over 18years to be eligible;
2. Entry must be in accordance with the terms & conditions and DARLIN (Aust) has the right to reject an entry if an entrant fails to abide by the terms & conditions;
3. A single entry into the competition is automatic for EVERY purchase over $ 300 worth of any DARLIN (Aust) products (excluding GST & freight) during the competition period and this includes but is not limited to DARLIN Acacia Wood; DARLIN Ceramic; DARLIN Metal, DARLIN Candles & DARLIN Driftwood;
4. The Competition starts 8am AEST on 1 February, 2012 and closes 5pm AEST on 30 June, 2012. Any purchase request received prior or after the closing date and time will be deemed invalid.  No responsibility will be accepted by DARLIN (Aust) for late, lost, delayed or misdirected purchase requests;
5. By submitting your entry to DARLIN (Aust), you grant DARLIN (Aust) a non-exclusive licence to exercise all rights for the use of the any material provided by you at any time including the use in full or in part of your material through any media platform;
6. To be eligible to claim the prize, you must be a current customer of DARLIN (Aust) and have NO money owing in excess of the trading terms applicable;
7. If the first drawn entry proves to be ineligible as per these terms and conditions, a re-draw will be undertaken and will continue to be undertaken until an eligible entry is drawn;
8. Redemption of the prize must be within 30 days of the notification to the Prize Winner, otherwise the prize will be forfieted;
9. Decisions of DARLIN (Aust) are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into;
10. The name of the prize winner and the suburb/state in which the business/individual is situated will be posted on the DARLIN (Aust) website. The winner of the Competition shall be decided at 5pm AEST on 30 June, 2012 at DARLIN (Aust)'s Registered Office and the Prize Winner shall be notified directly by phone and email.  If for any reason the Prize Winner cannot be reached and/or a prize goes unclaimed, the DARLIN (Aust) may determine another prize winner at its discretion;
11. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services;
12. The Prize Winner is responsible for organising the collection and delivery of the prize to the Prize Winner.
