TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is open to
Australian residents aged 18 years or above only. Employees of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Errors and omissions will not be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
3. Promotional period commences at 10.00am AEST on 17/05/12 and
closes at 11.59pm AEST on 28/05/12. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Draws: There will one prize drawn daily for 12 days. This is a game of skill and the daily winner will be selected based on the creativity of their competition entry. The competition draws will take place at M WEBSTER HOLDINGS PTY LTD T/A JIGSAW - 219-231 Botany Road, Waterloo, 2017, at 2:00pm AEST on 18/05/12, 19/05/12, 20/05/12, 21/05/12, 22/05/12, 23/05/12, 24/05/ 12, 25/05/12, 26/05/12, 27/05/12, 28/05/12 and 29/05/12. The winners will be notified via email and their name will be posted on the Jigsaw facebook wall (

Should any prize remain unclaimed an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries will take place at 2.00 PM AEST at M WEBSTER HOLDINGS PTY LTD T/A JIGSAW - 219-231 Botany Road, Waterloo, on the 01/06/12. The winners will be notified via email.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any loss incurred in the event that the prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way, once delivered to the winner. If for any reason whatsoever the winner is unable to redeem the prize as stated then the winner will forfeit their prize and will not receive another prize or cash in lieu of this prize.
10. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
