2.Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3.Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4.The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
5.The promotion commences at 12.00am on 21 May 2012 (AEST) and ends on the first to occur of either the time when 5000 Eligible Entries have been received and 31 July 2012 at 11.59pm.
6.To enter the promotion, participants must visit
www.dryjuly.com/signup and sign up as a participant fund raiser for Dry July including by providing their first name, last name, e-mail address and state.
7.Only one entry is permitted per person.
8.In order to be eligible to win the prize, a participant will need to have raised a minimum of AU$50 as a participant fund raiser for Dry July on their Dry July profile page on the Dry July website prior to the time of the competition draw.
9.The first 5000 eligible entries will go into a random draw to win the prize. The draw will take place at 12pm AEST Thursday 2 August at Suite 2, Level 15, 189 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The first valid entry drawn will win return economy flights for two adults to the Gold Coast from any Australian capital city, 3 nights at the Mantra Circle on Cavill for two adults in a one bedroom apartment, twin share, Dreamworld World Pass for two adults including entry to Dreamworld and WhiteWater World, Skypoint Climb for two adults including group photograph and signature SkyPoint Climb cap for two, and two tickets to Gibren Expeditions' full day rainforest discovery bushwalk experience for two adults ex Gold Coast.
10.The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$3150.
11.The winner will be notified on Thursday 2 August 2012 via email. The winners' details will also be published at

www.godo.com.au for a period of three months.
12.The Prize will be arranged by GoDo.com.au, Suite 1002, Level 10, 17 York St Sydney 2000, ABN 29 122 509 139 . The prize is to be booked through the Promoter, with all details of the booking to be finalised within 6 weeks of the winner receiving notification.
13.Spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included in the prize. The winner and his/her companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points or other loyalty scheme rewards will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
14.Should the prize remain unclaimed as of 9am on Thursday 1 November 2012, GoDo.com.au will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 11am on Thursday 1 November 2012 at Suite 2, Level 15, 189 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 so as to distribute the prize. The winner in any such draw will be published on

www.godo.com.au website on Friday 2 November 2012 at 12pm.
15.The prize is valid for redemption until 31 May 2013 and will be dependent on the accommodation, airline and tour operators' normal availability. Some blackout dates may apply.
16.In the event that a winner is unable to embark on any activities in the experience portion of the prize on the original date arranged due to weather or issues arising outside of their control, the winner will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the activity or activities for another date. Should travel to the activity destination be required, this will be at the winner's own expense.
17.The prize package is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
18.The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
19.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
20.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
21.The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
22.If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
