Terms and Conditions
1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained within the promotional
advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Subject to clause 9, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia.
3. To enter you must submit a 2012 Surfing WA membership before midnight, Friday, June 29
th
2012.
4. All valid Surfing WA members as of June 30
th
2012 will be in the running for the draw.
5. The draw, to select one major prizewinner, will take place at Surfing WA at 9am, Tuesday, July 2
nd
2012 and the winner will be notified by telephone by a representative of FIREWIRE SURFBOARDS.
6. The prize consists of one new FIREWIRE SURFBOARD as provided by FIREWIRE SURFBOARDS
valued at approximately $900 RRP.
7. The promoter and prize sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for liability which cannot be excluded by
law. The winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its
absolute discretion. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the winner to take part in
any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the
winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to safely participate in the prize.
8. The prize must be taken as supplied and cannot be transferred, modified or exchanged for cash or
other product in part or in total. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the
prize.
9. Employees of the promoter and the prize sponsors, their subsidiaries and immediate families are
ineligible to enter.
10. The promoter’s decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
