"PURE GOLD" MOMENTS COMPETITION
Join the competition and share your "Pure Gold" Moment with the world and go in the draw to win a 2 night Escape Package courtesy of Rydges Kalgoorlie Resort & Spa valued at $599! Entries are photos / videos of all things "classic" (or "Pure Gold") that make up our wonderful City; events, funny "Goldfields" happenings, buildings, sunrises, sunsets, family experiences, and general beautiful moments in time - cast in front of our unique backdrop. Competition deadline is 11 June 2012. Upload your entries to Kalgoorlie Boulder Pure Gold's Facebook Page with a brief description of your "Pure Gold" Moment or email them directly to
communications@kalgoorlie.com with the subject PGM. Enter as many times as you like. Entries will be voted on by the Board of Kalgoorlie Boulder Visitor Centre Inc at the June 2012 Meeting. The Winner will be posted on Kalgoorlie Boulder Pure Gold's Website, Facebook & Twitter accounts, as well as notified via the contact information provided at time of entry on 1 July 2012.

Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: "Pure Gold" Moments Competition
1. This competition is being run and promoted by Kalgoorlie Boulder Visitor Centre Inc.
T/A Kalgoorlie Boulder Pure Gold ("The Promoter").
2. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and
conditions of entry.
3. The competition concludes at midnight WST on Sunday 11 June 2012. Entries will be
collated and voted on by the Board of Kalgoorlie Boulder Visitor Centre Inc. at their
June meeting.
4. The Board's decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winner will be posted to The Promoter's Website, Facebook and Twitter
Accounts on 1 July 2012.
6. The winner will be notified via their contact information as provided during entry.
7. Employees of the Promoter are eligible to enter the competition, but cannot win the
competition.
8. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize, are not exchangeable or transferable and
cannot be redeemed for cash.
9. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted
as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend,
terminate or cancel the competition to the full extent permitted by law and subject
to any approval or directions from a regulatory authority.
10. It is a condition of entry that the entrant consents to the Promoter using the
entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner of the
Prize (including their "Pure Gold" Moment Entry photograph, film and/or recording
of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the
purpose of the competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products
and services, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters in the Centre(s) or
otherwise.
11. By entering the competition, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter
(including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities,
penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the
Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained
as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the
competition or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other
person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or
which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
