Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents in Queensland, Victoria or NSW, who are 18 years of age and over, who sign up online at
www.sportscraft.com.au/wallabiesvwales as a new Sportscraft VIP Member or are an existing VIP member (and remain a member) during the promotion period. Entrants also need to provide a response to the question ‘Tell us in 25 words or less why you barrack for the Qantas Wallabies’ (“Eligible entrants”). Employees of the Promoter (and their immediate families) and its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 12.01am (EST) Tuesday, 22 May 2012 and closes at 11.59pm (EST) Friday, 1 June 2012 (“Promotional Period”).
To receive an entry into the draw Eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period sign up as a new VIP member or enter their VIP membership details online at
www.sportscraft.com.au/wallabiesvwales (and remain a member) and answer the question ‘Tell us in 25 words or less why you barrack for the Qantas Wallabies’. Eligible entrants must also be available to accept the prize, if they are the winner, as stated in condition 6, during the promotion period.
The draw will take place at 2.00pm (EST) on Monday, 4 June 2012 at 830 Elizabeth St Street, Waterloo NSW 2017. The winner will be notified by telephone by 5pm on the 4 June 2012 and via email the same week, and will be announced on the Sportscraft website on Thursday, 7 June 2012.
There will be one winner determined by the best entry received. The winner must claim and confirm their eligibility to accept the prize as stated by 5.00pm (EST) on Thursday, 7 June 2012. If the winner fails to claim their prize by this time, they will forfeit the prize (and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu), and another draw will take place on Friday, 8 June 2012, at the same time and place as the original draw, until a winner is able to accept the prize as stated. The second chance draw winner will be notified by telephone on the 8 June 2012 and via email the same day. The second chance draw winner’s details will be announced on the Sportscraft website on Tuesday, 12 June 2012.
If the winner is an Australian resident who lives in Queensland the prize will include;
-6 x tickets to see the Qantas Wallabies V Wales at Brisbane Suncorp Stadium on 9th June 2012, valued at $660.
-Food and drinks at the game, valued at $200.
If the winner is an Australian resident who lives in Victoria the prize will include;
-6 x tickets to see the Qantas Wallabies V Wales at Melbourne Etihad Stadium on 16th June 2012, valued at $594.
-Food and drinks at the game, valued at $200.
If the winner is an Australian resident who lives in NSW the prize will include;
-6 x tickets to see the Qantas Wallabies V Wales at Sydney Football Stadium on 23th June 2012, valued at $690.
-Food and drinks at the game, valued at $200.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner will be contacted using the winner’s details included in their Sportscraft VIP Membership. The promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect details included in the winner’s contact information. Any ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. If a winner is unable to utilize the prize on the dates stated they will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be drawn, and no compensation will be paid in lieu.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services nor can they be re-sold. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance, or availability of any prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for a prize of equivalent or greater retail value if, for any reason beyond the Promoters control, the Promoter are not able to give the prize-winner the advertised prize, subject to State legislation. Any incidental costs relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. The winner (and their companions) are responsible for all expenses including but not limited to accommodation, travel, spending money, transfers, incidentals and all other ancillary costs.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable to any person for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or a consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from incorrect details lodged by entrants.
The Promoter reserves the right (subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies and any applicable law subject) to vary the rules of any competition or any prizes offered or cancel any competition if it is no longer able to run the competition due to reasons beyond its control. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including (but not limited to) any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
