2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
4. The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
5. The promotion commences at 9.30am AEST Monday 28th May 2012
and closes at 5pm Thursday 14th June 2012.6.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Should more than one entry be submitted, only the first entry will be considered for the promotion, with additional entries deleted.
7. To enter the promotion, participants must go to the RESCU Facebook Page and answer in 25 words or less “Why you would like to win a spa escape to W Bali and who you would take with you if you won?”.
8. The answer to ““Why you would like to win a spa escape to W Bali and who you would take with you if you won?” that is judged best by the Promoter will be deemed the winner. This judging will take place at 1A Wallaroy Road, Double Bay, NSW, 2028 at 10.05am AEST, Friday 15th May 2012. Winner will have 72 hours to claim their prize once contacted by email. In the event that prize is not claimed, an alternative winner will be drawn and announced.

9. The prize will be provided by W Bali and Lastminute.com.au. Specific accommodation and flight details are at the discretion of W Bali and Lastminute.com.au.
10. The prize is valid from 10th September to 19th December 2012 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Block out periods include but not limited to public holidays, long weekends and school holidays in Bali. This may affect chosen travel dates.
11. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner, including transfers, spending money, and any incidental, non room-only charges including but not limited to room service, telephone calls and internet usage. Travel insurance is also not included and is advisable.
12. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.
13. The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and, if any component of the prize is unavailable on the dates proposed by the winner, the Promoter will consult with the winner to determine alternative dates on which the prize will be booked.
14. Once the prize has been provided by W Bali and Lastminute.com.au, changes to the travel or accommodation arrangements are at the expense of the winner.
15. All components of the prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by the prize winner.

The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU $6,500.17. The winner will be notified on the day of the judge’s decision by email and also via the RESCU.com.au Facebook fan page. The winner’s details will also be published at
www.rescu.com.au on Friday 15th May 2012 for a period of one month.

The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
20. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
21. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.

If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
