Helmet Artwork Design Competition

Bicycle Helmet Artwork Design Competition

NRMA Road Safety Roadbots Norman & Norma have joined forces with Bicycle  NSW to support their Helmet Artwork Design Competition for schools across NSW and ACT.

Eight participating students will win a bike and helmet package and the overall winner gets to see their design used on a limited edition bike helmet that will be available Australia-wide.

This competition involves students creating artwork for a bike helmet which is bright, appeals to both male and females and more importantly the stands out from the crowd!

The photo above shows James wearing a helmet with the winning design from 2011 Ben Hibberd from Marks Point Public School NSW.

This interactive competition is a great way for schools to communicate the importance of wearing a helmet  and  bike safety and is supported by  education resources for teachers to use.

The competition opens 2 April and closes on 29 June 2012.
