1.Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry is open to all Australian residents, 18 years of age or over, who are current, active SHOWTIME residential subscribers and remain so for the duration of the promotion, and on the draw date.

2.Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, FOXTEL, OPTUS and AUSTAR, and their related corporations and associated agencies, are ineligible to enter.
3.The promotion commences at 12.01 pm (EST) on 1.6.12 and entries close at 11.59 pm (EST) on 18.6.12 (Promotion Period).
4.Participants can enter by visiting www.showtime.com.au and must:
 a) register with the SHOWTIME site;
 b) complete and submit the on-line form including but not limited to name, address, phone number, DOB , email address and gender
c) provide an answer to the question in 25 words or less "Who is your all time favourite True Blood character and why?"
5.Entries will be limited to one per person. Maximum of five entries per household.
6.No responsibility will be taken for any late, ineligible or lost entries. Entries that are not genuine, are incomplete, late, or if the entrant is not a current newsletter subscriber for the Promotion Period and on the draw date, will be declared void.
7.This promotion is a game of skill. Valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, originality and humour. The judging will take place at 10.00 am (EST) on 19.6.12 at SHOWTIME, Level 1, Building 215 Bent Street, The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park NSW 2021. Winners will be notified by email which, for security purposes, will request confirmation of the winner's full name and address. Failure of a winner to respond within 28 days to the email notification and request for confirmation of the winner's details will result in revocation and reallocation of the prize. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Competition entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may engage authorised third parties to effect, on the Promoter's behalf, delivery and fulfilment of prizes. 10.The Promoter, FOXTEL, OPTUS, AUSTAR, their related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for, and shall be held harmless from, any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) or sustained, as a result of, or arising from, the winner's acceptance and use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The entries awarded to that Participant will be cancelled and if they have received prizes, they will be recoverable by the Promoter on demand.
