Terms and Conditions of Entry – Behind The Wheel
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the Terms and Conditions of
Entry. By participating entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

3. The Promotion commences June 2012 and ends at 12.00 Noon (AEST) 29/07/12
4. Entry is restricted to Queensland residents only. To enter, entrants call nominated telephone
number.
5. The officers, management and employees (immediate family of an officer, manager or
employee) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Competition and their related bodies
corporate are not eligible to enter.
6. There will be one random prize draw. The prize draws will be held at behind the Wheel
address at 4.00 PM on 1/08/12 . The First Draw will win $500
7. The Prize Winners will be notified by phone within two days of each draw. The Winner’s
details will also be published on the website

9. The Prize is not transferable and must be taken as offered. In the event that an element of
the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the rights to substitute a prize of equal or greater
value, subject to the written directions of any relevant authority. The Promoter and their associated
agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes
damaged or lost in transit. Once prizes have left Promoter's premises, the Promoter will not be
responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure of safe delivery of prizes.
10. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes consent on the Prize Winner’s part to allow the use of
the Prize Winner’s name, image, voice and/or likeness by Promoter for editorial, advertising,
promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation, except where
prohibited by law.
11. Subject to any written direction should any prize remain unclaimed an unclaimed prize draw
from all non-winning entries will take at 10.am AEST on 01/11/12 at the promoters address. Winners
of the second chance draw, if any, will be notified in writing within two days of the draw and will be
published on the Promoters website
12. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. All decisions and
actions of the Promoter and its staff will be exercised according to their absolute discretion.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry which is not in accordance with these
Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in
entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the
goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner if Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry are of a
type described in this paragraph.
14. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
15. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the
quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as the Prize. To the extent
permitted by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their associated agencies, and any
company associated with the Promotion, will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever to
person or property and including, but not limited to, direct (including economic) or
indirect/consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or
negligent, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, including any damage in
transit of any goods/services by any person to the Prize Winner or for personal injury suffered or
sustained, as a result of accepting, taking part in and/or using the Prize
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implication that may arise from the Prize
winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by a Prize Winner prior to accepting the
Prize.
17. Subject to the approval from any State Authority that if for any reason this promotion is not
capable of running as planned; whether caused by infection of computer virus, mobile phone failure,
line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security,
fairness or integrity of the promotion, subject to any written direction from any State Authority the
Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion.
18. All entries become the property of Promoter and may be used for promotional purposes
without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter may
use information it collects in relation to you to provide you with information regarding further
offers, promotions or goods and services provided by the Promoter. If you elect to receive
information from third parties, the Promoter may also disclose your personal information for that
