TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter is Club Sapphire - Merimbula Ltd, 119 Main Street, Merimbula NSW 2548. Telephone number - 02 64951306
2. The Hot Wheels Cold Cash Promotion shall commence on Monday 9.30am 23rd April 2012 and shall end on Sunday 4.00pm 29th July 2012. The Promotion shall run every day throughout this period.
3. The value of the prizes for the promotion is $25,500.This is comprised of the following:
24 x $100 cash Preliminary Draws $2,400 cash
8th Prize - First Draw $200 cash
7th Prize - Second Draw $300 cash
6th Prize - Third Draw $400 cash
5th Prize - Fourth Draw $500 cash
4th Prize - Fifth Draw $600 cash
3rd Prize - Sixth Draw $700 cash
2nd Prize - Seventh Draw $1,000 cash
1st Prize - Suzuki Swift GL - RE.1pack

4. The Promotion is open to all financial members who, during the advertised promotion period,
a) swipe their membership card in the Reward Centre on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays,
where a maximum of one (1) entry ticket will be issued once per day per member, or
b) spend $5 or more on a single transaction on any day on food and beverage outlets within the club.
Entry tickets are then placed in the Preliminary Draw Barrel located at the Ezy Lounge.
5. Preliminary Draws
Each Monday & Tuesday at 6.00pm, twenty (20) names will be drawn from the Preliminary Draw Barrel and those tickets will automatically qualify to enter the Grand Draw. Preliminary winners will be notified by mail, in addition, those drawn on the final Preliminary Draw dates, Monday 16th July and Tuesday 17th July, will be contacted by phone prior to the Grand Draw. Each week the Preliminary winners will be on display at the Club premises.
The maximum number of preliminary draw tickets for each member to qualify for the Grand Draw is restricted to a maximum of one (1) entry per week. Winning Preliminary Draw tickets shall be placed into the Grand Draw barrel. All remaining tickets will be emptied from the Preliminary Draw barrel at the conclusion of the Tuesday weekly draws.

Preliminary Draw Jackpot Bonus:
If the 20th and final preliminary winner of each preliminary draw is on the premises, they will win a cash bonus of $100 cash. The Member must present themselves to the Club Sapphire Merimbula representative with their current financial member's card within four (4) minutes of their name being announced.
If the final preliminary winner is not present, the cash draw will jackpot by $100 to the final draw of the next preliminary draw night and so on until the final jackpot draw which will take place on 17 July 2012. The Member must present themselves to the Club Sapphire Merimbula representative with their current financial member's card within four (4) minutes of their name being announced to claim the Jackpot Bonus.
In the event that the prize is not claimed within four (4) minutes of the announcement of the winner, that member shall be deemed to not be present and another draw shall take place. This process shall continue until the prize is claimed.
6. Final Preliminary Draw - Sunday 29th July
At 4.00pm Sunday 29th July, a further twenty (20) names will be drawn from the promotion barrel. Each winner must be present at the Club at the time of the Final Preliminary Draw and must produce their Membership Card to qualify to enter the Grand Draw. Selected winning Member's must present themselves to the Club Sapphire Merimbula representative at the Grand Draw location with their member's card within four (4) minutes of their name being announced. If the member drawn is present, their ticket will be placed in the Grand Draw barrel. In the event that the prize is not claimed within four (4) minutes of the announcement of the winner, then that winner shall be deemed to not be present and another draw shall take place. This process shall continue until the prize is claimed. The maximum number of Final preliminary draw tickets for each member to qualify for the Major Draw is restricted to a maximum of one (1) entry.
7. Grand Draw - 4.00pm (immediately following the Final Preliminary Draws) 29th July 2012
Location: Club Auditorium.
8. The Grand Draw shall take place on Sunday 29th July 2012 from 4.00pm. All weekly preliminary winner's tickets from all sessions, including the Final Preliminary Draw, shall be entered into the Major Prize Draw Barrel, where the winning tickets will be selected and the winners will be announced via the Promoter's Internal Public Address system.
9. Each winner must be present at the Club at the time of the Grand Draw and must produce their Membership Card to claim the prize. Selected winning Member's must present themselves to the Club Sapphire Merimbula representative at the grand draw location with their member's card within four (4) minutes of their name being announced. In the event that the Prize is not claimed within four (4) minutes of the announcement of the winner, then that winner shall be deemed to not be present and another draw shall take place. This process shall continue until the prize is claimed.
10. The prizes will be drawn in ascending order from the least value prize - 8th Prize $200 cash, to the largest value item - First Prize Suzuki Swift. All winning tickets will be returned to the barrel to qualify for further prizes.
11. All winners shall receive their prizes at the time of the Draw.
12. The promotion concludes after the first prize is won.
13. The first prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
14. All Employees and Directors of the Promoter are ineligible to enter the promotion.
15. The CEO or his nominee (Operations Manager /Senior Supervisor) reserves the right in their absolute discretion to rule any entry invalid and he shall be the sole arbitrator of any dispute of difference raised by any member or any entrant in the promotion. This decision shall be final and binding on all participants in the promotion. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and the information on entry coupons, the terms and conditions will prevail.
16. The promotion shall be overseen by an independent scrutineer.
