1. To enter these promotions, eligible entrants must email their entry to
win@broadwayonthemall.com.au as directed on the Broadway on the Mall Facebook page (facebook.com/broadwayonthemall).
2. Entrants must accept these terms and conditions in order to be eligible to enter. The promoter reserves the right to refuse prize redemption to any entrant that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
3. Prize winners under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to claim the prize on their behalf upon presentation of identification.
4. The Promotion Period commences at the time the Facebook post announcing the promotion is made and ceases 48 hours later.
5. Each promotion has a total prize pool value of AUD $100. The winner can nominate which Broadway on the Mall retailer they would like a voucher from. Vouchers may not be available from all retailers.
6. The draw will take place at Centre Management, Broadway on the Mall, 170 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 48 hours after the Facebook post announcing the promotion is made.
7. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. All prizes offered by the Promoter are in good faith and are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. Broadway on the Mall will not accept responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected entries or entries not properly completed or displayed.
9. All prize winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the competition closing on the email address that the entry was sent from. The promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect contact details being provided.
10. Any prizes that have not been claimed and collected 3 months after the winner is originally contacted will be forfeited. In the case of a dispute or challenge, the decision of Centre Management will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners will be responsible for collecting their prize. Proof of identity to match the entry form must be provided to Broadway on the Mall Centre Management before the prize will be awarded.
12. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any prize / voucher is not included. Any unused balance of any prize / voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Redemption of any voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
13. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; death; any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); or any tax liability incurred by a winner whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
