Contest Rules
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To participate, enter on the ASOGEAR Facebook contest page. Contest begins at 12:00am Eastern Standard Time (EST), June 6th, 2012 and ends at 12:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST), June 30th 2012. One entry per person and email address accepted. To be eligible for the draw, we must receive your participation by 12:00am EST, June 30th, 2012. Participants making multiple entries will be disqualified. In case of conflict, the prize will be attributed to the owner of the email address. Automated participation programs or devices are prohibited. Any attempt to access the website using a boot script or other attack will render the IP address used ineligible for the entire contest. The contest organizers (listed below) are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate data entry, human error, technical problems, failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects in any of the telephone networks, computer material, servers, web providers, software, including any damage to computers belonging to the participant or any other person due to participation to this contest, or for the inability to access the website or any page of the website, theft, destruction, unauthorized access or any changes to entries. Entries processed too late, incorrectly, incompletely, or that is unfinished, deformed or lost by the computer or some operating defect or due to Internet traffic or on any website are not accepted. A demonstration that the information was entered via the website is not considered proof that its contents were delivered or received. All entries are the sole property of the contest organizers and will not be returned. False and/or misleading entries invalidate the participation.
PRIZE WINNERS
There will be three (3) winners. Odds to win will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Drawings will be on July 9th at 10:00 am 2012.
ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to residents of Canada only, who have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside on the date of contest draw. Employees of Corbetts (designated “contest organizer”), their headquarters, divisions, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, and their families, are not eligible to participate in the contest. Contest is subject to federal, provincial and local laws and Ontario regulations apply. If the contest is contested by any legal or regulatory authority, the contest organizer reserves the right to discontinue or change the contest rules or to disqualify participants living in the affected geographical regions. In such a case, the contest organizers have no responsibility or liability toward participants disqualified by such an action. By participating in the contest, the participants understand and accept the official contest rules and decisions by the contest organizers are final and without appeal on all matters.
PRIZE/VALUE
Grand Prizes: There will be three (3) winners: 3 - $100.00 Store Credits to ASOGEAR.COM Valid from July 1st, 2012 – June 30th, 2013. All prizes are redeemable over the phone or via email. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent in exchange for prize value will be authorized. However, the contest organizer can substitute a prize by an equal or greater value for any reason. Failure to return any required documentation within at most fourteen (14) days after winner is notified will automatically disqualify him (her) from the prize. If the prize is rejected for any reason, an alternative winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible participations in the manner described above.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Winner will be notified by email. His (her) name will also be posted on the asogear Facebook page and be mentioned in an e-mail blast to all participants. If the contest organizer is unable to contact a winner, within the next 15 business days, to inform him or her that he or she has won, or if a notice is returned as non-deliverable, or for any other reason beyond the control of the contest organizer, the prize will be re-attributed to a replacement winner.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
All participants including the winner hereby absolve the contest organizer, sponsor, their headquarters, divisions, subsidiaries, retailers, managers, officers, employees, and any other person involved in the development and execution of this contest of any liabilities concerning, or that may concern, this contest and reward, the acceptance or use of the prize, including liability for bodily harm, death, damages or financial loss.
