Prize
Bing Lee Electrics Pty Limited, will be giving away One (1) Ultrabook™ to three (3) Facebook fans in the “Ultrabook™ – Inspired by Intel” (game of skill) competition. The competition will be conducted over three (3) weeks with a prize offered for each week.
“Ultrabook is a trademark of Intel Corporation in the U.S. and/or other countries.”
How to Enter
1. Simply complete the competition entry page found via the Bing Lee Electrics Facebook Page URL:
http://www.facebook.com/BingLeeElectrics with the required information:
a. Enter your caption for the current image in 25 words or less.
b. There will be a total of three (3) images displayed for captions over the entire promotion.
2. A “Panel of Judges” selected by the promoter will choose the most creative response as a winner;
a. Originality is key. Use your creativity as we will be looking for the most unique responses.

Conditions of Entry
7. Entrants must like Bing Lee on Facebook to enter.
8. Entrants can only be accepted from Australian residents and must be over the age of 18 years.
9. Employees and immediate family of Bing Lee Pty Limited are not eligible to enter.
Dates
10. The entire competition starts 18th June 2012 at 12pm and ends on 9th July 2012 at 12pm.
11. Week 1 of the competition starts 18th June 2012 at 12pm and ends on 25th June 2012 at 12pm.
12. Week 2 of the competition starts 25th June 2012 at 12pm and ends on 2nd July 2012 at 12pm.
13. Week 3 of the competition starts 2nd July 2012 at 12pm and ends on 9th July 2012 at 12pm.
14. All entries must be received between 18th June 2012 and 9th July 2012 (21 days) when submissions will close.
15. The “Panel of Judges” will select the winner for week 1 and announce on the 26th June 2012.
16. The “Panel of Judges” will select the winner for week 2 and announce on the 3rd July 2012.
17. The “Panel of Judges” will select the winner for week 3 and announce on the 10th July 2012.
Winner Selection
18. A winner for week one (1) will be selected on 25th June 2012 at 12pm, location of the decision will be;

19. A winner for week two (2) will be selected on 2nd July 2012 at 12pm, location of the decision will be;

21. Once the winners are selected by the “Panel of Judges” they will be notified by email.
22. Winners will be announced via Facebook
General
23. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
24. Should the prizes remain unclaimed or the winner remains un-contactable due to any misadventure for a period of 3 months from the original date of announcement the prize will be forfeited. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. (All dates refer to the 2012 calendar year)
25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
26. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
27. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
28. Prizes, including any unused portions are non transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
29. The promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.
30. By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
31. Panel of Judges are chosen employees of the Promoter.
