“10,000 reasons to park yourself on the Gold Coast"
Prize package is accommodation in a villa up to the value of $7000 and spending money
valued at $3000. Total prize value up to $10,000. Open to entrants in QLD, TAS, WA, NSW
and VIC.
1. Information on ‘how to enter’ this competition forms part of the terms and conditions.
Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents of QLD, TAS, WA, NSW and VIC aged 18
years or over
3. Employees and Contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Gold
Coast Tourist Parks (Gold Coast City Council) are ineligible to enter.
4. Promotion commences at 10am AEST 21 May 2012 and closes at 10am AEST 29
June 2012 ("Promotional Period").
5. To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, visit
www.goldcoasttouristparks.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page
and complete the entry form by inputting the requested details including their first and
last name, valid email address, postcode and agree to the terms and conditions.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify
any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
9. The draw will take place at the Tallebudgera Creek Tourist Park, 1544 Gold Coast
Hwy, Palm Beach, Gold Coast, QLD, 4221 on Monday 2 July 2012 at 10am AEST.
Winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and their
names published in The Herald Sun on 1/08/2012. The Promoter’s decision is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The first valid entry drawn will win accommodation at any Gold Coast Tourist Park up
to the value of $7000 plus $3000 spending money. The spending money will be
issued by electronic funds transfer into the winner’s nominated bank account, the
winner must supply the Promoter with sufficient information as it may require to
process the transfer. The account must be in the winner’s name. The winner must
allow the promoter up to 30 days to transfer the funds into their account. The
accommodation component of the prize package is valid up until 30 April 2013. The
accommodation is subject to availability and is valid for one consecutive stay of a maximum of 14 nights only up to the value of $7000. Valid for use at any of the seven
Gold Coast Tourist Parks villa in peak or off peak periods. Accommodation may be
booked in a villa of the winners choice in any of the seven Gold Coast Tourist Parks.
12. The winner (and any companion/s) will be responsible for their own transport to and
from any Gold Coast Tourist Park site. Winners will be required to present
photographic ID at time of accommodation check in.
13. Any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be
taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
14. By submitting an entry you agree, that in the event that you are a winner of the
competition, the Promoter may collect and use your name, likeness, image and/or
voice in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of
the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration to the entrant for
the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any
products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention
or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions
from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as
appropriate.
16. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
17. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and any companion/s) must sign
any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize
suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and
indemnity form.
18. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion. Entry is
conditional on providing this information. The entrant is automatically opted-in to
receive the Gold Coast Tourist Parks enewsletter at time of entry. The Promoter may,
for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional,
marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic
messages to the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out of this
agreement, or to access, update or correct information to the Promoter via email
info@gctp.com.au. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

20. The prize must be redeemed by 30 April 2013. The winner must book their
accommodation by 31 August 2012.
