Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By entering the promotion Eligible Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Entry into the promotion is free.

Entry is open to Queensland residents 18 years of age and over who enter pursuant to clause 5, excluding: officers, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate; any person associated with the Promotion; and any person associated with the organization associated with the provision of the prize, are not eligible to enter.
To enter, Eligible Entrants must submit the online entry form available at
www.firstmac.com.au/broncos by Sunday 8 July 2012.
Entrants must not enter the Promotion more than once.
The Promoter will award the prize to one (1) Eligible Entrant drawn at random on Monday 9 July 2012 (as judged by the Promoter).
The result of the judging is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may at its discretion decide not to award any prize to any Entrant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
The winner will be notified by phone and email on Tuesday 10 July 2012 and announced on the competition page on
www.firstmac.com.au/broncos on Wednesday 11 July 2012.
The Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entry whether due to error, interruption or otherwise.
The prize to be awarded to the winning entrant is valued at $750 consisting of:

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered (including but limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, the promotion of this Promotion or the use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).
In the event of the winner being unable to satisfy these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize by Tuesday 31 July 2012 the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another Eligible Entrant as judged by the Promoter.
No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. Entry details and entries are the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of winners may be used by the Promoter, unless a winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, its related bodies corporate, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter and its related bodies corporate may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposed without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
