Shop 2 Win!1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these
terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to residents of NSW. Pharmacy 4 Less
employees and their immediate families, agents and
contractors of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences 12th December 2011 and ends
11.59pm EST on 1st July 2012 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To be eligible to enter, a customer must join the Pharmacy 4
Less 4YOU Loyalty Club and make a purchase in-store. Only
registered customers will eligible to enter so that purchase
history can be tracked to validate purchase history and
qualification for this competition. Membership is free.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of
entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for
tampering with the entry process or for an entry which is
not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Multiple
entries will be accepted but are limited to one per day.
6. The draw for all prizes will take place at Unit 44, 7 Sefton
Road, Thornleigh NSW 2120 at 12pm EST on 6 July 2012.
The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
7. The winners will be notified by phone and mail and their
names will be published on the Pharmacy 4 Less website
www.pharmacy4less.com.au.
8. The first valid entry drawn will win the major prize consisting
of black Hyundai Getz (NSW registration CDB31V), valued
at $10,500 (RRP$14,000).
9. Prize will be delivered to the winners nominated NSW address.
10. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
11. If the winner is under 18 years the prize may at the absolute
discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the winner’s
parent or guardian.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or
sustained as a result of the prize except for liability that
cannot be excluded by law.
13.Winners are responsible for their own insurance.
14. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot
be redeemed for cash. The prize value is the recommended
retail values as provided by the supplier and are correct at
time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for
any variation in prize values.
15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same
place as the original draw as are necessary on 17 August
2012 at 12pm in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by
that date. In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize
draw, their names will be published on the Pharmacy 4 Less
website
www.pharmacy4less.com.au.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or lost entry forms.
17. By entering into the competition, unless otherwise
advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to their
name and contact details being entered into a database
and the Promoter may use this information in any form of
communication (whether oral or written) media for future
promotional marketing and publicity purposes without
any reference or payment or other compensation to the
entrant. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the
office of the Promoter and entrants are entitled to access
their personal information. A request to access, update or
correct that information should be directed to that office.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss (including but not
limited to, indirect or consequential loss) damage, personal
injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but
not limited to that arising from any personal negligence) in
connection with taking or using any prizes, except for any
liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that
liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
19. In the case of intervention of any outside agent or event
which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders
its determination, including but not limited to vandalism,
power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil
unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion
cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on
the same conditions subject to State Regulations.
