LOVE IT LOCAL COMPETITIONS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Competition Terms and Conditions apply to all competitions run by Love it Local. They may be amended or varied from time to time by Love it Local.
PROMOTER
The promoter of our online competitions is Love it Local, ABN: 82 144 985 786, 219-225 Wyndham Street, Shepparton, Victoria, 3630. Prizes for competitions are supplied by Love it Local business participants.
WHO MAY ENTER
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are Love it Local subscribers who are not employees of the promoter or its related bodies corporate, or the immediate family of such employees.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any Special Terms and Conditions appearing on the website specific to the particular competition.
ELIGIBILITY
Only one individual entry to each individual competition is permitted. Any attempt to deceive the promotor will result in instant disqualification. This includes, but is not limited, to multiple entries by an individual subscriber and/or entries made where there is deliberate intent to deceive the promoter.
LIMITATIONS OF ENTRY
Participants may only enter the competition once. The Love it Local system will not allow any more than one entry per subscriber.
HOW TO ENTER AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
Love it Local competitions will vary with each competition and prize offered by local business, to enter you may be asked to answer a series of questions or you may be required to spend a certain amount of money online with a particular business to enter.
PRIZES
Prizes for Love it Local competitions will be supplied by the business sponsoring the competition and will vary for each competition. For more information about prizes, see the competition page on the Love it Local website.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Winners of Love it Local competitions will be sent a winner's certificate via email. For redemption of the prize, Love it Local subscribers must print out this certificate and present it in-store for collection of the prize.
ENTRIES
All entries become the property of Love it Local. Entries not completed in accordance with the conditions of entry will not be considered. The Love it Local system will not allow late entries or incomplete entries to be submitted.
PRIVACY
Love it Local gives no warranty or guarantee as to the appropriateness or application or effectiveness of the Love it Local software and service to or for any business or subscriber or as to the profitability or financial outcomes for any business which utilises the Love it Local software and service. Love it Local disclaims all liability for any loss damage expense or costs suffered or incurred by any business or subscriber arising from or in any way related to the use and/or application of the Love it Local software and service or transactions between a business and subscriber. All data collected by Love it Local and The Adviser is collected lawfully and in accordance with relevant Data Protection Laws, Privacy Acts, Spam Acts and The Australian Guidelines for Electronic Commerce. Love it Local and The Adviser will not send unsolicited commercial electronic email messages including; SMS, MMS or IM without the permission of the participating business or consumer.
