The Legal Stuff - Terms and Conditions
 
This competition is run by Sydney Entertainment Centre, 35 Harbour Street, DARLING HARBOUR, NSW 2000.
 
1. To have the chance to win 2 tickets to the Gotye concert at the Sydney Entertainment Centre on 14 December, 2012. Plus a Gotye prize pack.
2. The winners will be ultimately selected by the Sydney Entertainment Centre Marketing Manager who will select two winners at random upon competition closing date.
3. Entrants must reside in Australia and be over the age of 18. Sydney Entertainment Centre staff and their immediate family are not eligible to enter. A maximum of 1 submission per person will be accepted.
4. Competition opens at 09:00 (AEST) on 27 June 2012 and subscribing to the Sydney Entertainment Centre Newsletter online to enter this competition will be accepted up until 22 August 2012 (Period of Competition). Sydney Entertainment Centre will not take into consideration any late entries.
5. The winners will be notified through email on 29 August 2012.
6. The Prize will be awarded to 2 winners.
7. The Prize consists of one signed album, one framed poster, one official merchandise item, and 2x Gotye tickets at the Sydney Entertainment Centre and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for another event, tickets are non-transferrable. Prize (excluding tickets) will be sent via Australia Post upon confirmation from winners. Tickets will be redeemable on show day ONLY and with valid ID from the Sydney Entertainment Centre box office.
8. The winners authorize for their name and entry to be posted on the Sydney Entertainment Centre Facebook and Twitter page.
9. The winners agree to participate and co-operate in any editorial activities relating to the competition at the request of Sydney Entertainment Centre, including but in no way limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner grants Sydney Entertainment Centre a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use any interview material, footage or photographs in all media worldwide. The winner accepts that they will not be entitled to any compensation for any use of this material.
10. In the case of intervention by an outside act, agent or event resulting in the delay to the competition proceeding on the date and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, power failures, technical failure, strike, civil unrest, war or act of terrorism then Sydney Entertainment Centre may in its absolute discretion cancel or modify the competition and begin it again at a later date on the same terms and conditions, subject to any applicable State Legislation.
