Centro Gympie Terms & Conditions Cirque du Soleil Bug Hunt 2012

1. The Centro Gympie ‘Ovo from Cirque Du Soleil (Promotion) starts at 9:00 am on Friday 22nd of June 2012 and ends at 4:00pm Friday 6th July 2012 (Promotion Period).

2. The Centro Gympie Cirque Du Soleil Promotion (Promotion) is promoted by CPM (QLD) Pty Limited ACN 085 255 581 (Promoter) of Centro Gympie Shopping Centre, Cnr Bruce Highway and Excelsior Road, Gympie QLD 4570 (Centro Gympie).

3. To partake in the Promotion, customers must, during the Promotion Period:

a. Collect an entry from Centre Management at Centro Gympie OR

b. Download an entry form website www.centrogympie.com.au

c. Locate the six OVO insects at Centro Gympie Food Court and write the location of each OVO insect   on the entry form in the spaces provided.

d. Complete the entry details required including name, age, address and phone number and place the entry form in the entry barrel located next to EB games prior to 4:00pm Saturday 7th July 2012.

4. Entry form can be collected from Centre Management between the hours of:

a. 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Weekdays;

b. Or from the website at www.centrogympie.com.au.

5. Customers may enter the Promotion more than once.

6. Entry is only open to permanent residents of Australia.

7. Entries are not accepted via mail.

8. Entries that are illegible, forged, mutilated, copied or tampered with in any way will not be considered.

9. Proof of identity of parent or guardian will be required to collect any prize.

10. The Major Prize of the Promotion is one double pass to OVO from Cirque Du Soleil show on Tuesday 17th July 2012 at 8:00pm under the Grand Chapiteau at Northshore Hamilton and Program to the value of $295.00 (Major Prize).

11. There will be a total of two (2) Major Prizes awarded as part of the Promotion with a total value of $590.00

12. The Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and are subject to terms and conditions.

13. The Major Prize winner will be drawn at 10:00 am on Monday 9th July 2012 at the Centre Management Office at Centro Gympie.

14. The first two correct and valid Entry Forms drawn will be deemed the winners of the Major Prize (Major Prize Winner).

15. Any decision made by Centre Management at Centro Gympie is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.

16. The Major Prize Winner will be notified by telephone. If the Major Prize Winner cannot be contacted by Tuesday 10th July 2012, redraw/s will be conducted at the Centre Management Office at Centro Gympie at 10:00 am Wednesday 11th July 2012.

In such case, the first correct and valid entry drawn in the re-draw will be entitled to the Prize (Replacement Winner).

The Replacement Winner is then the Major Prize Winner for the purposes of these terms and conditions.

17. If a Prize winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s nominated parent/guardian upon presentation of photo identification.

18. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. Entries which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved.

19. Terms and conditions of the individual participating stores will apply.

20. All entrants will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and conditions as set out by Centro Gympie and any future terms and conditions or alterations to these terms and conditions.

21. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or the use of the Prize.

22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize.

23. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

24. If a Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory requirements.

25. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of this Promotion remains the sole responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.

26. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval gaming authorities in QLD, where required.

27. The Promotion is open to all persons except employees, contractors, agents of Centro Gympie, sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families; employees of Centro Retail Australia and their immediate families; tenants in Centro Gympie and their immediate families; the staff of tenants in the centre and their immediate families; the contractors of tenants in the centre and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of this Promotion and their immediate families. Immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents. Tenant means lessees, licensees and in the case of a corporation, includes their directors.

28. By partaking in the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use information provided on Entry Forms or in connection with claiming any Prize in accordance with Centro’s Privacy Policy Collection Statement. A copy of Centro Retail Australia’s Privacy Policy Collection Statement will be available for viewing at Centre Management, Centro Gympie or at http://www.centro.com.au/privacy.htm.
