This contest is open only to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. The contest opens on 02/07/12. Entries close at 11:59pm (Sydney time) on 30/07/12.
2. The promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must reply in accordance with the conditions specified in this promotion. Employees of Reader's Digest and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Players must register for the London Challenge at
www.readersdigest.com.au. To be eligible for the prize draw, players must find all 28 London landmarks hidden within the Reader’s Digest website before 30/07/2012.
4. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) registration per email address. 5. The prize will be drawn at Reader’s Digest, 80 Bay St Ultimo NSW 2007. The draw will take place on 02/08/2012 at 10:30am.
6. The first eligible entry drawn will win a 16GB Apple iPad 2 valued at $429. Total value of the promotion is $429.
7. The winner will be notified by email and published on the Promoter’s website -www.readersdigest.com.au. The winner will also be published in the Australian on 04/08/2012.
8. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize within three months, then the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 05/11/2012 in order to distribute the prize.
9. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and players (including a player’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any player who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the contest and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, Australian regulatory authorities, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning players. In either of these events, the prize may be awarded based on entries received prior to date of termination.

The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any player who tampers with the entry process or is in any other way responsible for compromising the orderly operation of the contest. If this contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any player; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the contest, as appropriate.
