1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid
2. Entry is open to Australian Residents aged 18 years and over. Directors and employees of the Promoter
and its associated agencies and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3. The Promotion commences on 04.06.2012 at 12.01am (AEDST) and closes on 29.07.2012 at 11.59pm
(AEST) (“Promotion Period”).
To enter, participants will be required to

Thailand, Bali or Fiji?”.

• Last name
• Gender
• State of Residence
• DOB
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Acceptance of operation rules and competition T&C’s.
4. The cost of accessing the promotional website will be dependant on the entrant’s individual Internet
Service Provider.
5. Multiple entries will be accepted, however only one (x1) online entry per day per person will be permitted.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or addressed,
illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, theft,
destruction, communications or mail delivery failure or otherwise.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at
the nominated prize delivery in order to claim a prize. Proof of identity and residency is at the discretion of
the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable identification, the winner will forfeit the
prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of
entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content,
profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers
with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of
Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is
fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill to entrants and households using
multiple email addresses, postal purchases. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if
Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
8.The judging will take place at RC Waves Pty Ltd t/a Ozmosis of Factory 1, 142 - 148 Atlantic Drive,
Keysborough, Victoria, Australia 3173 on 02/08/2012. The prizewinner will be notified by telephone and
email shortly thereafter. All promoters decisions are final and no discussion will be entered.
9. The best entry as determined by the judges will be deemed the winner. The prize consists of:
• Airfares for two (x2) people to one of the following locations:
• Thailand
• Bali
• Fiji
• Accommodation for a minimum of four (x4) nights for two (x2) people.
• Transfers to the hotel from the airport upon arrival. Return transfer to the airport for the return journey
to Australia is the responsibility of the promotion winner.
• The period of travel will be between 15/8/2012 to 30/11/2012. The travel period selected for the prize
is at the complete discretion of the promoter. If the winner cannot travel for the four (x4) nights they
will forfeit the prize.
• The prize may be longer that a four (x4) night period. This is up to the promoters discretion pending
travel availability.
10. Total maximum prize pool value is at up to $3,000 AUD.
11. The prize value is based upon the recommended retail price at the time of printing (inclusive of GST).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize
redemption date.
12. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury and death which is suffered or sustained, as a
result of participating in the promotion or the taking of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law. The winner and any nominated participants agree to sign a waiver where requested.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to any
written directions from the various lottery departments.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will hold the personal information
provided by you in entering this Promotion so you can be contacted if you are a prize winner. Your personal
information may also be disclosed to the Promoter's employees, related companies and agents for the
provision of marketing services and information on the products or services offered by the Promoter. If you
provide your email address and mobile phone number, you are agreeing to receipt of marketing
communication through these channels. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State lottery
departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. You have a

www.ozmosis.com.au16. The winner agrees to the Promoter using their name, image, and any photographs or footage
(“materials”) of the winner accepting or using the prize for publicity or promotional purposes, without
compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own all copyright and other intellectual property rights in
any such materials.
17. Taxation implications may arise from the winning of the prize and the winner should seek independent
financial advice prior to accepting the prize. The Promoter is in no way responsible for any tax implications
arising as a result of the winner accepting the prize.
18. This is a game of skill, Chance has no play whatsoever.
