Terms and conditions
1. Promotion commences at 10:00 am (AEDST) on 12
th
July 2012, and entries must be received by
11:59PM (AEDST) on 25
th
July 2012 (“Promotional Period”)
2. Entry only open to Australian residents, who are not employees or directors of, or contracts to, the
Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this Promotion, or members of the immediate family of
such employees or contractors.
3. Any entrants under 18 years old must seek permission to enter from their parent or guardian. Entry is
free.
4. In order to enter the promotion, individuals must follow the prompts on the “Philips Bodygroom” tab
of the official Shaver Shop Facebook page:
http://www.facebook.com/shavershop5. Only entries received via the official promotion entry page will be eligible.
6. Entrants will be required to input the requested details including their first name, last name, country
of residence, email address, and submit the fully completed entry form between 10:00am AEST
12/07/2012 and 11:59pm AEST 25/07/2012 during the promotional period.
7. Winners will be generated at random by a computer generated selection, on 25
th
July 2012 at 12:00
pm (AEDST). Winners will be notified via email in writing at 5:00 pm (AEDST) on 25
th
July 2012.
Winners will be drawn at Shaver Shop head office, located at Level 3, Office Tower 2, Chadstone
Place, Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone, Victoria. 20 x Philips
Bodygroom BG2024 units will be drawn only.
8. Winners will be announced (AEDST) on 25th
July 2012 on the Shaver Shop facebook page and website.
9. Incomplete, incorrect or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. If for any reason this promotion is interfered with in any way or not capable of running as planned,
including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond
the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity
or proper conduct of this promotion, then the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion and
subject to any written directions given by any relevant gaming authority, to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
12. The initial winner is allowed 3 months to claim their prize. If the specified winner does not claim
specified prize, a redraw will be held 25/10/2012 at 12:00PM and will be drawn at Shaver Shop head
office, located at Level 3, Office Tower 2, Chadstone Place, Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341
Dandenong Road, Chadstone, Victoria and the winner will be notified in writing.
13. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken
as cash.14. Entry and continued participation in the Promotion is dependent on entrants following and acting in
accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in clause 29 of these
Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be
directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
16. All entrants unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge Facebook from any and all liability
in relation to this Promotion.
17. If you enter this competition, the Promoter will collect personal information about you so that you
can participate in the competition and the Promoter can administer the competition. Entry is
conditional on providing this information. When the entrant gives their consent by "opting in" you
