"Win a Girls Weekend in Sydney" Competition
1) KS Textiles Pty Ltd ACN 007 013 934 is conducting this competition.
2) Information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
3) Entry is open only to residents of Australia.
4) Employees and officers (and their family members) of KS Textiles Pty Ltd (jointly, the “Promoter”) and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. ”Family members” includes any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, common law spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first (1st) cousin.
5) The competition commences at 9.00am (AEST) on Wednesday 4 July 2012 and closes on Monday 30 July 2012 at 11:59pm (AEST) (“the promotional period”).
6) The competition will be decided and the prize certificate delivered by no later than Wednesday, 15 August, 2012 - the prize certificate must be used in September.

To enter, describe ‘your perfect bedroom’ in 25 words or less and provide us with 3 email addresses. One winner will be selected by the Promoter on the basis of the creativity and merit of the entry. The Promoter’s decision will be final, and no appeals will be taken. Chance plays no part in determining any winner. You are entitled to one entry only. 9) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incorrect, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible to enter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10) The Prize is a holiday for 4 adults in Sydney with 1 nights’ accommodation, dinner at a chosen restaurant, breakfast and return flights (the “Prize”). The Prize: valid for travel between 1 September until 30 September 2012, subject to availability at time of booking. Return flights for 4 from nominated city to Sydney on Qantas / Virgin / Jetstar. The retail value of the Prize is $3,000.
11) The Prize must be taken between 1 September 2012 and 30 September 2012. Travel, accommodation and restaurant booking on the dates of travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. If availability is limited, alternative travel, accommodation and/or restaurant booking arrangements will be made.
12) In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, you do not take an element of the Prize or participate in an element of an event at the dates and times stipulated by the Promoter or as may be booked, then you may be disqualified or suspended from the Promotion and you will forgo any claim you have to the Prize.
13) The Prize does not include meals other than stated, hotel car parking, travel insurance, vehicle hire, additional travel or other insurance, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges other hotel incidentals, merchandise or any other costs of a related, ancillary, personal or incidental nature not stated.
14) If the winner is a Sydney resident he/she will forfeit the airfare portion of the Prize and no compensation will be given or paid in lieu.
15) The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

17) The Prize must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible and the Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Prize is not refundable.
18) Any change in the value of the Prize between the publishing date and the date the Prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
19) If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its sole discretion and subject to relevant legislation, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with something of equal value and/or specification. The Promoter’s determination of the value of the Prize (of the part thereof) shall be taken as conclusive.
20) You acknowledge that by entering this competition and by collecting the Prize, that travel and associated activities may be dangerous and carry risks that may result in death injury, incapacity, loss or damage to property or other losses. The Promoter strongly urges you to take out and maintain travel and other insurance for all risks that may be associated with the Prize. The Promoter and each of its related bodies corporate, and their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) you may suffer or sustain in connection with this competition, the promotion of this competition or the use of the Prize, or any part of the Prize, including without limitation: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter); (d) any tax liability you incur as a winner or entrant; or (f) any damage or loss you incur as a result of the use of the Prize; except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21) By entering the competition, you agree to participate in any news media activities surrounding the competition.
22) By entering the competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have expressly consented to the use of your personal information for the purpose of the Privacy Act and any other related privacy legislation. By entering this competition you unconditionally consent to the Promoter’s use of your personal information including without limitation your name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event you are a winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), disclosure to authorised third parties, including, but not limited to, Prize suppliers, and for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning you. You also agree that we may use your personal information for related purposes which would reasonably be expected without your permission. For example, the Promoter may from time to time use your personal information to provide you with information about products and services which the Promoter expects may be of interest to you. However, the Promoter does respect your right to direct it not to do this if and when any future communication is sent to you by the Promoter. The Promoter does not sell personal information to other organisations. The Promoter may disclose personal information to essential service providers who provide services in connection with the Promoter’s products and services. You should advise the Promoter if you would like to access, update or correct information held by the Promoter. Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, as amended from time to time. The Promoter will endeavour to provide you with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications every time the Promoter contacts you.
23) If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right and the sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by the law (a) to disqualify you as an entrant; (b) to modify, amend, supplement or change any of the Terms & Conditions and/or (c) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition as appropriate.
