1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and over, with a current Civic Video membership (“Members”). Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating outlets, associated companies and its agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter. The promoter is Civic Video Pty Ltd (67 003 851 152) 110 Bourke Rd Alexandria NSW 2015. 3. The competition commences Wednesday, 1st August 2012and ends Friday, 31st August 2012at 4pm. The winners will be drawn at each participating Civic store on Saturday, 8th September 2012 at 4pm. 4. To enter customers must rent or buy any 3 August new release movies during the promotion period (Wednesday, 1st August 2012to Friday, 31st August 2012) at any participating Civic Video store, complete the entry form provided and place it in the draw. 5. All 3 rentals must be taken at the same participating store. The 3 rentals must be taken over 3 separate transactions on different days. Limit one entry per 3 x August new releases rented. Entry must be on the original entry form provided by. 6. A list of eligible August new release titles will be published in each participating store. A full list of participating stores and eligible new release titles will be published online and will be accessible via the competition presentation at:

The first valid entry drawn in each store will winan iPad 2 – 16GB with WiFi – valued at up to $429.00. Each prize is valued at $429.00 RRP. 8. Prize values: (ACT – 6 stores) $2,574.00, (NSW – 59 stores) $25,311.00, (NT – 5 stores) $2,145.00, (Qld – 58 stores) $24,882.00, (SA – 5 stores) $2,145.00, (Vic – 13 stores) $5,577.00, (WA – 29 stores) $12,441.00. Total prize pool is valued at $75,075.00 (RRP). 9. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the prize. 10. Winner(s) will be notified by mail, telephone and email where available. A notice will also be placed in store announcing the winner’s name. Winners will be notified by Saturday, 15th September 2012. 11. The prize, and any portion of the prize, is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 12. Unclaimed prizes will be drawn on Monday, 5 November 2012 in each participating Civic store at 4pm. Winner(s) from unclaimed prize drawn will be notified by mail, telephone and email where available by Monday, 19th November 2012. A notice will also be placed in store announcing the winner’s name. 13. Normal membership conditions apply. 14. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding to any person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. 15. The promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. This may include a certificate displayed in the winner’s nominated store and/or “loop disc” announcement of the winner(s) and/or subscription to Civic’s electronic newsletter. Winners can opt out of in-store announcements by contacting the promoter directly either by phone on +612 9206 8800 or by sending a written request to the promoter’s address shown in point 2 of these Terms and Conditions. Email newsletter subscriptions (relevant to online entries only) can be cancelled by clicking on the “remove me from this list” link on the newsletter. 16. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the prize.
