Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Rainbow 2000 Pty Ltd. ABN 36084714161. Trading as Rainbow Meats.
There are four participating Rainbow Meats shops in the 2012 Loyalty Card Swipe & Win. They are:
Rainbow Meats, Shop 112 Chirnside Park Shopping Centre, Maroondah Highway, Chirnside Park 3116.
Rainbow Meats, Shop 311 Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone 3148.
Rainbow Meats, Shop 4 The Well, 793 Bourke Road, Camberwell 3124.
Rainbow Meats, Shop 22 Caroline Springs Square Shopping Centre, 13 - 19 Lake Street, Caroline Springs 3023.
In these Terms & Conditions of Entry:
Persons must be over the age of 18 year and have a valid Rainbow Meats Loyalty Card.
A purchase of any value must be made and paid for from a Rainbow Meats store.
Entry into the Promotion is available from 4th June 2012 until Monday 26th November 2012.
To enter the Promotion, a Participant must:
Have a valid Rainbow Meats Loyalty Card; have their card swiped with each purchase to register a transaction.
For each registered transaction the details will be recorded and their Loyalty Card number will be entered into the draw.
There is ONE major prize for the 2012 Loyalty Card Swipe & Win. The major prize is a new model Toyota Yaris 5 door manual model valued at $18,500.00, including on-road costs, in the colour decided by Toyota. The prize is to be accepted by the winner as described in the Terms and Conditions, unless as otherwise agreed between the winner and the provider of the major prize.
The Winner will be randomly chosen on Tuesday 27th November 2012 at 9:15am by the computer software program AMC Convergent it, Unit 237, 416 St Kilda Road, Melbourne Vic 3004.
The Winner will be notified by phone call, in writing and published in The Age Newspaper on Wednesday 28th November 2012 and also published on the Rainbow Meats website at
www.rainbowmeats.com The Winner or their representative will receive the ownership certificate on the
Thursday 6th December 2012.
Rainbow Meats and its agencies associated with this Promotion are not liable and do not accept responsibility for:
Participant’s not producing their loyalty card at the point of sale/time of purchase
Any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not linked to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained
i. In connection with a Participants participation in the Promotion or the taking of a place, except that which cannot be excluded by law and;
ii. Relating to the conduct of the Promotion however caused, including incorrect or corrupt data
Information about Participants is used by Rainbow Meats to assess and process registration in the Promotion. If an applicant does not provide the required information, Rainbow Meats can not process the registration. All entries become the property of Rainbow Meats and will be entered into Rainbow Meats own database. Information emanating from the Participant’s participation in the Promotion is used by Rainbow Meats and its agencies associated with this Promotion for: the determination of a winner and distribution of the prize, if any, awarded to a Participant.
Participants consent to publishing their name. Rainbow Meats will not be held responsible for any loss of reputation, status or otherwise in connection with a Participant’s purchasing practices. It is a condition of entry that Participants consent to these uses and disclosures of their information. Information about Participants may also be used by Rainbow Meats, its agents, contractors and related companies, for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and direct mail and promotional campaigns unless a participant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner.
In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of Rainbow Meats is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
In the event that the Winner was unable to be contacted and that they have not made contact with the promoter by the 5th December 2012 the prize will be forfeited
Rainbow Meats shall not be liable for any manufacturer defects in prizes or for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of taking a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age to enter.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that the registered details are true and correct. The entrant must notify the promoter of any changes of details prior to the final date of entry.
