Eligibility
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian or New Zealand resident. artFido and/or Wet Nose Fotos employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
Multiple Votes per Person
It is only possible to vote once per photo, but it is possible to vote for numerous photos.
Inappropriate Content
Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. We retain sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
Rights
By entering the contest, entrants agree to have their submitted name displayed on our website and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. We reserve the right to disqualify users, without notice, and for any reason.
Decision is Final
The three winning entries will be determined by the number of votes they receive during the course of the competition. There will be no avenue to appeal the results unless as a result of a breach of any other term above. If a winner is unable to receive their prize, or artFido is unable to make contact with a winner within 4 weeks of the conclusion of the competition via the details provided by the entrant, artFido reserves the right to adjust the prizes awarded to the other two winners accordingly, and award the entrant who received the 4th most votes.
Prize Photo Shoots
All prize photo shoots will take place in the closest capital city to the winner. To be more exact, photo shoots will only take place in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, and Wellington unless otherwise agreed to by Wet Nose Fotos at its absolute discretion.
Prize Redemption
All prizes must be redeemed within 6 months of the winners being announced on the artFido Facebook Page. If a prize is not redeemed within the 6 month period, it will become invalid and will hold no value whatsoever.
