1. The Promoter of this Competition is Calliden Insurance Limited (ABN 47 004 125 268, AFSL 234438) of Level 7, 100 Arthur
Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2060 (the “Promoter”). Information on how to enter the competition and a description of the
prize form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry
and the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is an authorised general insurer.
2. To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, Participants must join Calliden’s Callibrate Rewards Program and be the
1000th member to join the Program.
3. The Competition commences on Monday 7 May 2012 at 08:30 (AEST) and concludes on Tuesday 31 July 2012 at 17:00 (AEST).
5. To enter the Competition, participants must complete the Callibrate Rewards Program registration form and provide their
details (Title, Name, Brokerage, Broker Package User ID, Email Address, Business Address, Member Password, select
if they’re collecting rewards individually or with the people they share a Broker Package User ID with and accept the
program’s terms and condition) via the
https://www.callibraterewards.com.au/Signup.aspx.
6. By registering for the Callibrate Rewards Program (Competition Entry), Participants agree to the Promoter using the
contact details to update its database for communication, marketing and promotional purposes including the use of mobile
telephone numbers.
7. Entry is restricted to current Australian general insurance brokers (Participant(s)).
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner provide proof of identity.
9. The 1000th member will be identified via the Callibrate Rewards Program membership database on Wednesday 1 August
2012 at the Calliden Group Sydney office (Level 7, 100 Arthur Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2060) at approximately 4pm. The
Competition winner will be notified by writing following the draw on Thursday 2 August 2012. If the Prize is not claimed for
any reason or the Competition winner cannot be readily identified despite the making of reasonable efforts, the Prize will
be forfeited and the 1001st member to join the Callibrate Rewards Program will be deemed the winner. The 1001st member
will be identified via the Callibrate Rewards Program membership database at 10.00am on Thursday 1 November 2012 at
the Calliden Group Sydney office (Level 7, 100 Arthur Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2060).
10. Prize: the 1000th Participant to sign-up to the Callibrate Rewards Program will win a $100 Coles Group & Myer Gift Card
and Callibrate Rewards Gold Membership Status.
11. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied, transferred, exchanged or taken as cash.
12. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the Competition is final and binding on every Participant who enters
the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Prize item is valued at up to $301 inclusive of GST and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in item
values. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a Participant receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of
the winning Participant.
14. All Participants agree to the use of their name and any photograph/s for marketing, publicity and promotional purposes
for an indefinite period, without compensation, and agree that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and
photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
15. The winning Participant must sign a disclaimer confirming that the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury or death
suffered or sustained in connection with any Prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
