Terms & ConditionsThe competition detailed in these Terms and Conditions is a single competition which is being promoted by GoDo.com.au at its registered office at Level 10, 17 York St, Sydney, NSW 2000, ABN 29 122 509 139. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition must be directed to GoDo.com.au.
Subject to clause 3 below, the Competition is open to all persons aged 18 years and over. If you are from outside of Australia, you are not entitled to enter the Competition if you reside in a jurisdiction (or country) where the Competition may breach any law or regulation. Where this applies, GoDo.com.au’s invitation to enter the Competition in such a jurisdiction (or country) is withdrawn. You may not enter the Competition if you reside in a country that is embargoed by the United States of America.
The Competition is not open to employees or agents (and their immediate family members) of GoDo.com.au or any of its affiliated companies, or any other person connected with the management or provision of the Competition or the Prize (see clause 13 for description of Prize).
No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
Entrants in the Competition must provide a response to a question in order to enter the Competition. This Response must be original to them and they must not copy the work of someone else. Entrants in the Competition own the copyright in their Response as its author.
Participants enter by liking GoDo.com.au on Facebook, telling us in 25 words or less “How would you wile away a wanderlust weekend in the Whitsundays?”, and submitting their personal details including first name, last name, confirmation that they are over 18 years of age and email address via the entry form at

Only one entry is permitted per person. After having completed the entry process, valid entries will be entered into the Competition.
GoDo.com.au shall be entitled to discard any entry (including, but not limited to, any Response) that: a. has been copied or plagiarised; b. is submitted after the Closing Date (see clause 11); c. which requires a proof of permission to enter but that proof cannot be obtained; or d. is in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
All entries will be subject to moderation and GoDo.com.au reserves the right to reject entries (or remove any reference to such entry from any form of publication whether electronic or otherwise) deemed, in GoDo.com.au’s sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
Entries may be submitted between 9am AEST Tuesday 10 July and 4pm AEST Monday 6 August 2012 (“Closing Date”). In the event that GoDo.com.au amends the Closing Date, entrants and potential entrants in the Competition will be notified of this on the GoDo.com.au site.
There is one Prize to be won. At the conclusion of the competition, a winner will be chosen on Monday 13 August 2012 at 12:00pm (AEST) at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and the entry that is deemed to be the best, as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion, will win the prize. The winner of the Prize will also be contacted by email by GoDo.com.au within 48 hours of the winner being chosen. Should the winner remain uncontactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 12 November 2012 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Winner’s details will also be published on GoDo.com.au for a period of 3 months.
The Prize includes: 2 night’s accommodation at the Coral Sea Resort, Airlie Beach, twin share (“Accommodation Portion”), and an Air Whitsundays voucher for a Panorama Tour for 2 adults including seaplane flight, access to private glass bottom boat and refreshments (“Activity Portion”).
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible. No transfer or assignment of the Prize is permitted under any circumstances. In the event that a winner is unable to embark on the Activity Portion of the prize on the original date arranged due to weather or issues arising outside of their control, the winner will be offered the opportunity to reschedule the activity or activities for another date. Should travel to the destination be required to attend the rescheduled activity, this will be at the winner’s own expense.
Maximum value of the prize is $1812 (AUD).
Prize does not include flights to the prize destination, nor does it include travel costs to the departing capital city airport, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, transfers, meals, beverages, visas, activities or additional travel charges incurred.
17. All restrictions relating to the Prize will be posted on the GoDo.com.au and competition site. The Prize must be booked before Monday 11 February 2013 and must be booked at least 21 days prior to departure. The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and is subject to blackout dates including Public Holiday periods. No travel is permitted during the Christmas period including 24 December 2012 to 6 January 2013 inclusive.
Winners of the Competition (and their companions) shall be responsible for obtaining insurance, valid passports and visas and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate vaccinations and inoculations. It is strongly recommended that winners (and their companions) take out adequate travel and medical insurance.
In the event of cancellation, 100 per cent cancellation fees will apply.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.

Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
GoDo.com.au shall be entitled to terminate or modify the Competition or modify the Conditions at any time by publishing any such modification or termination on the Competition Site.
In the event of a dispute, the Competition judges’ decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
