Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: should you participate in the ”refer a friend” entry option, where your friend enters and nominates you as the referral, both yourself and your friend will obtain entry into the competition. Incomplete, incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

and ends on 30.09.12. All entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST on 30/09/12 (for online entries) The draw will take place at Unit 1, 47-53 Moxon Road, Punchbowl on 01/10/12 at 11:00am AEST. Winners will be notified by telephone, email and mail. The name of the major prize winner’s name will be published in The Australian newspaper on Wednesday October 3rd 2012 in the general classified section in public notice section.
Major Prize Details: Winner will be chosen at random. The Major Prize consists of a trip for 2 Persons to London, United Kingdom valued at up to AUD$7,000 depending on date and point of departure. Prize includes: 2 x return economy class airfares from winner’s nearest capital city in Australia or New Zealand to London, United Kingdom, 6 nights’ standard twin share accommodation for 2 people, return hotel to airport transfers, travel insurance and taxes, $1,000 spending money is issued in way of equivalent to AUD$250 Top Shop voucher which includes a personal shopper to help select your clothes and accessories, with the balance AUD$750 to be provide to spend at will. Any additional spending money, additional meals, additional taxes, transport to and from departure point, petrol, passports, visas, sightseeing entrance fees, porters and all other ancillary costs and expenses of a personal nature are the responsibility of the winner. Prize must be booked and used by 30/04/13 and is subject to two adults travelling together and flight and accommodation availability. Selected date of departure is subject to final confirmation 30 days prior to departure. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the Major Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Major Prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Major Prize or element of the Major Prize. After the winner has accepted confirmed travel dates, no changes will be permitted. If the winner is unable to travel on the agreed and confirmed dates, the Major Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on Monday 7 January 2013 to the first valid entry drawn will win the unclaimed prize of the highest value and the draw will continue until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Winners of any unclaimed major prize will notified in writing and by phone and have their name posted on

Minor Prize Details: 10 runners up prizes will be selected at random, after the major prize winner has been selected. Each runners up prize pack will contain fragrances from the So...? range to a value of $100 RRP each.
The total maximum prize pool is valued at over AUD$8,000. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for other prizes or cash.
If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parents or guardian on the winner’s behalf. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or adult to travel.
If any prize (or any part of any prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification and will be subject to the approval from the State and Territory Lottery Departments.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate and will be subject to the approval from the State and Territory Lottery Departments.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
