“Dare to Dream Motorsport Experience”
COMPETITON #: ARDC05121. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Dare to Dream Motorsport Experience” Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Competition commences on 21st May 2012.
Entries close at 11.59pm 22 July 2012.3.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia who visit sydneymotorsportpark.com.au and complete the
form (Eligible Entrants). Employees and family members of the Promoter, agencies or companies associated with the Competition, including ARDC Board Members and Sydney Motor Sport Park Service providers are ineligible to enter.

There are 5 prizes to be wonThe Prizes are as follows
1.
First Prize: A Sydney Motorsport Park V8 Super Drive and Ride experience courtesy of Fastrack Racing and the ARDC, including lunch in the new ARDC café “The Garage” (up to a value of $20) plus a framed photograph of yourselves with the Fastrack race car. (RRP: $495); or
2. One of 5 Complimentary ARDC Car Enthusiast or Bike Enthusiast Memberships, valued at RRP $75 each or;

1. To enter the Competition, an Eligible Entrant must log on to
http://www.sydneymotorsportpark.com.au/competitions , click through to the “Dare to Dream Motorsport Experience” page, and answer this question in 35 words or less “What would be your dream motorsport experience and why?”

Eligible Entrant must be over 18 years of age to enter and must complete all mandatory fields of the entry form in order to be eligible to receive a prize.3. Eligible Entrants can enter once during the promotional period. Eligible Entrants can only win a maximum of one prize for the duration of the competition.
HOW WINNERS WILL BE DETERMINED
1. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
2. A panel of judges will judge the creativeness of entries in answering the question.
3. The judges will determine the 10 most creative entries and these entries will win the prize based on
creative merit.
4. The judges have absolute discretion in their determinations and their decisions are final. No
correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winners will be notified via phone and email.
6. The Promoter may require an entrant to show that they are an Eligible Entrant. Showing that an
entrant is an Eligible Entrant may (in the Promoter’s sole discretion) include the Eligible Entrant providing, or showing to, the Promoter:
1. Proof of Australian residency; and
2. Proof of Age
7. In the event that any entrant does not claim his or her Prize or cannot show that he or she is an
Eligible Entrant within 14 days of written notice being given to that entrant that his or her entry is a winner, the judges may reallocate the Prize to the next most creative entry that has not yet received a Prize.
8. No responsibility accepted for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected correspondence as email address and phone numbers are to be supplied by the entrant.
9. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the terms of the Competition including the Prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to the approval (if required by law) of any relevant government authority.
10. ThePromoterandtheagenciesandcompaniesassociatedwiththeCompetitionwillnotbeliablefor any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering the Competition or receiving, accepting or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. ThePromoterassumesnoresponsibilityfor:
1. any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any
communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any Entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise;
2. any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications;
3. any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment
used for the conduct of the Promotion;
4. any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the
administering this Promotion.
CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with the Competition accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
6. If the winner of a Prize is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
12. Ifforanyreasonaprizeisnotavailable,thePromoterreservestherighttosubstituteitforanother item, in its sole discretion, of an equal or greater recommended retail value.
13. All claims and entries become the property of the Australian Racing Drivers Club®. Each entrant agrees to do all things requested by the Australian Racing Drivers Club® to ensure that the intellectual property rights in and to his or her entries become the property of the Australian Racing Drivers Club® and to provide all consents necessary or requested by the Australian Racing Drivers Club® in relation to moral rights.
14. AustralianRacingDriversClub®mayusetheinformationanentrantprovidesforthepurposeof conducting the Competition and in any media for further promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
15. AustralianRacingDriversClub®maydiscloseentrants’personalinformationtoitscontractorsand agents who assist it in conducting the Competition, communicating with entrants and conducting promotional, marketing and publicity activities. Australian Racing Drivers Club® is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. 16. WinnersacknowledgeandaccepttoabidebytheGeneralTermsandConditionsofaccesstoSydney Motorsport Park as part of receiving any motorsport evemt or experience prize as part of this completion; namely
1. Motorsport is dangerous, and specific conditions pertaining to Members access to events at Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek.
2. Winners acknowledge that their prize may provides them with access to Sydney Motorsport Park to participate and/or spectate.
3. In exchange for being able to attend or participate in any event(s) or experience(s) or events, (and as a condition of accepting receipt of any prize, the winner(s) agree(s):
1. To release the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd (“CAMS”) and the Australian Motor Sport Commission Ltd., promoters, sponsor organisations, landowners and lessees, organisers of the events, their respective servants, officials, representatives and agents (collectively the “Associated Entities”) from all liability for your death, personal injury (including burns), psychological trauma, loss or damage (including property damage), (“harm”) howsoever arising from your attendance at any event, except to the extent prohibited by law.
2. That CAMS and the Associated Entities do not make any warranty, implied or express, that the event services will be provided with due care and skill or that any materials provided in connection with the services will be fit for the purpose for which they are supplied; and to attend or participate in the event at your own risk
3. You acknowledge that the risks associated with attending the event include the risk that you may suffer harm as a result of motor vehicles (or parts of them) colliding with other motor vehicles, person or property, acts of violence or other harmful acts (whether intentional or inadvertent) committed by persons attending the event, and the failure or unsuitability of facilities (including grand stands, fences, and guard rails) to ensure the safety or persons or property at the event.
4. Motor sport is dangerous and that accidents causing harm can and do happen and may happen to you
5. You accept the conditions of, and acknowledge the risks arising from, attending the event and being provided with the event services by CAMS and the Associated Entitles.
17.
Winnersalsowillneedtoacquaintthemselveswiththespecificrulesandregulationsofthe prize provider BEFORE attending Sydney Motorsport Park to receive their prize, which may include
1. Dress Code
2. Requirements to sign additional indemnity forms of the day of any experience
taken;
3. Relevant weight and height restrictions that may apply (e.g. the largest suit is a
XXXL);
4. Requirements to bring your prie booking confirmation on the day (which will be
provided to you as part of your prize redemption).
5. Please also note that
1. For V8 drive and ride experiences you must be over 18 and capable of driving a manual car.
2. There will be zero tolerance on alcohol.
3. Fastrack Racing reserves the right to refuse any person deemed to be or
found to be acting in an unsafe manor.
4. There are several sessions throughout the day; each session will run for
approx 2.5 hours. Your experience will be within a group of 4 to 5 people enjoying a one on one with one of Fastrack's professional race car driver/instructors.
5. Session Length: Please arrive at the confirmed arrival time on your confirmation. Allow approx 3 hours at the race track
6. Spectator Info: Family and friends are all very welcome to come along and share your experience with you. There is plenty of good viewing and photo opportunities at the venue.
7. Weather Info: Our weather check recorded message service is updated on an hourly basis. To prevent a wasted journey to the race track, we recommend that you call 0412 018 035 before you leave and on a hourly basis throughout your journey to check for updates. In the case of bad weather, we may need to reschedule your booking, if this does occur, please call our office on 1300886967 during business hours. Please Note: You can only change or postpone your booking by ringing the office on 1300886967 on WEEKDAYS between 9 & 5pm. Please remember your booking is valid for 12 months and can be rebooked at any time, you will not loose your booking if you don’t or can’t show up on the day.18.
