If the winner is not present when chosen they will be notified by phone and mail. The winner will be decided by a panel appointed by Home Ideas magazine. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Allentries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity andoriginality. The prize is a decorating telephone consultation with Karen Creith valued at up to $250. The prize value is subject to change after printing. Entry forms submitted will not be returned to the entrants.
