1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied be a responsible adults.

3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 9.01am AEST 23 July 2012 and closes 4.59pm AEST on 31 July 2012.

4. To enter, log on to www.newslocal.whereilive.com.au and follow the prompts OR write your name, address, telephone number and the name of this paper on the back of an envelope and send to ‘Koch & Co Competition’, PO Box 662, Parramatta, NSW 2150. One entry per person only.
5. This competition will run in the following NewsLocal publications: Canterbury Bankstown Express,  Inner West Courier, North Shore Times, Northern District Times, Parramatta Advertiser, Wentworth Courier and on their competition pages at www.newslocal.whereilive.com.au

6. There are eighteen (18) prize packs to be won in total. With three (3) prize packs to be awarded per newspaper. Each prize pack includes a $300.00 voucher for Koch and Co’s online store. Each prize pack is valued at $300.00 AUD only.

7. The competition will be drawn at 12pm AEST on 1 August, 2012.

8. This is a promotion based on chance, with four (4) winners per publication picked at random. Winners will be notified by mail. The judge’s decision is final.

9. Winners will be announced on 2 August 2012.

10. All competitions are conducted at 142-154 Macquarie St, Parramatta, NSW 2150.

11. The total prize pool for this promotion is maximum $5,400.00 AUD only.

12. Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner.

13. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize to be claimed within 3 months of draw date.  Where prize is a voucher, prize valid for 12 months only.

14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. Inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
b. Purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;

d. The unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e. Unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f. Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g. Any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h. Any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
