Registrations will open at 9.00am on Thursday 19 July and will close at 12pm
on Friday 3
rd August (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Registration Period at its own
discretion.
ITEM 6: PROMOTION
CONTESTING DATES AND
TIMES
Contesting will commence at 9.00am on Thursday 19 July and will close at
12.00pm on Friday 3rd August (“Promotional Period”).
Voting Contesting:
Contesting will commence at 12.01pm on Friday 3rd August and will close at
12.00pm on Friday 10th August (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting
Day”.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Contesting Period at its own
discretion.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT
RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Western Australia
Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any
prizes if they have won a prize from the Promoter 30 days prior to their entry
in this Competition or if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in
any competition run by the Promoter 12 months prior to their entry in this
Competition.
ITEM 8: METHOD OF ENTRY During the registration period The Big Couch will encourage listeners to
upload photos of their sporting injuries to mix.com.au. We‟ll showcase entries
at mix.com.au and on air, we‟ll bring to life the stories behind the injuries.
From Monday 30th July The Big Couch will chose one (1) photo per day to
go into the top five (5).
During the last week of the promotion listeners will be able to vote for their
favourite photo and go into the draw to win the minor prize, whilst the
winner and runner up of the „show us your sporting injury‟ promotion will be
announced on Friday 10th August and be awarded a prize.

CONDITIONS
Winner must travel on these dates. Tickets are non transferable. Winner must
supply all contacts details of themselves and guest by Friday 17
th August
2012.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. All decisions are at the
discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in
this regard.
It is strongly recommended that the Winner and his/her three (3) friends
obtain relevant and suitable travel insurance at their own expense in order
to be able to take the Prize, however this is not a requirement of entry.
Should the prize winner, their guests or their parent, legal guardian or
Guardian miss any of the transport arranged for them by the Promoter, they
will be responsible for arranging alternative travel arrangements and no
compensation will be awarded to them by the Promoter.
The prize does not include anything other than what is listed in Item 11: Prize
Details. Any additional costs, including but not limited to room service,
internet use, phone use and mini bar, will need to be covered by the Prize
Winner and/or their travel companion.
Flights and hotel are subject to change at the Promoter‟s discretion.
Winner/parent/guardian must have a valid credit card should the hotel
require a safety deposit upon check in or adhere to the hotels request upon
check in. Should it be the case that a Winner/s and/or Guest/s are unable to attend
due to a date change, these Winner/s and/or Guest/s will forfeit their prize.
It is up to the winner to organise their own transport to and from the airport in
their capital city. Transportation is not included in the prize unless otherwise
stipulated. It is the winners responsibility to organise their own
flights/transport/transfers to their relevant Capital City if required and costs
incurred will be the responsibility of the winner.
The prize is strictly non transferable and not redeemable for cash.
