1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. No purchase is required to enter or win the competition.
2. Competition is open to
entrants in all states in Australia ONLY. Postage of the prize is included. A prize will be delivered to the address nominated by the prize winner in writing.
3. The competition commences 30th July 2012 at 09.00 (AEST) and
closes on 13th August 2012 at 12.00 (AEST). The winners will be announced on 14th August 2012 12:00 (AEST). Pie Face reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
4. The competition winner will be announced on Facebook. The winner must email
marketing@pieface.com.au to claim their prize.
5. The winners will be determined based on the creativity of their 20 Word or less response. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity. The best entry as determined by the judges, will win a prize.

The prize is 1 (one) Ashton Solid top acoustic guitar with hard case – RRP $449.7. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Pie Face may require. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person. Entrants confirm and warrant that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
8. If the winner of the prize has been contacted and not claimed within 1 month, a new winner will be announced.
9. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
10. Pie Face reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
11. Pie Face will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
