HOMY PED FACEBOOK ‘GOLDEN DOOR’ COMPETITION

HOW TO ENTER

To enter simply like the homyped facebook page to be in with a chance to win 2 x airfares from one of 5 airports around Australia, Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Hobart to the Gold Coast inc 2 x $500 Vouchers to the Golden Door Spa.

2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions of Entry.

3. The Golden Door prize consists of two return airfares, economy class plus 2 x Spa vouchers of $500 each, to a timing of no later than the end of December 2012 and as nominated by the winner. The cost of the air fares is subject to airport, Perth $2000 for 2 airfares, Adelaide $1400 for 2 airfares, $800 for 2 airfares, Sydney $700 for two airfares and Hobart $1500 for two airfares plus 2 x Golden Dorr Spa vouchers at $500 each The total prize pool for the promotion is by State, Perth $3000, Adelaide $2400, Melbourne $1800, Sydney $1700, and Hobart $2500.

4. Entry is open to all permanent Australian residents who are over the age of 18, currently residing in Australia excluding the directors, management and employees (and all their immediate families) of the promoter and associated agencies.

5. Homy Ped's "Golden Door" Competition commences on 1st Aug 2012 and continues until 5pm (AEDT) 31st August 2012 (Competition Period).

6. To take part in the Competition, Eligible Participants are required to ‘like’ the homyped facebook page and complete an entry form on the competitions app.

All eligible entries must be entered by 5.00 pm (AEDT) on 31st August 2012. No late entries will be accepted.

7. All eligible entries must contain name and email address.

8. One entry person.

9. No liability will be accepted for late, delayed or misdirected entries.

10. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.

11. The draw will be conducted by and take place at Michaelis Bayley Holdings Pty. Ltd. 2 Neilson Place Footscray, Victoria 3011 on Wednesday 5th Sept 2012 at 12pm (AEDT). Entries will be randomly drawn at the Michaelis Bayley offices. The winner will be selected at random in a barrel draw.

12. Winners will be notified by telephone and confirmed in writing via email. A will be put on the homyped website no later than the 7th Sept 2012 announcing the winner. The main prize will be notified by letter and the Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the entrant, or by prior arrangement within 28 days.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the entrant.

14. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this competition for any reason. Homyped’s decision is final.

15. The winners release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters of the prize.

16. All entry details become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the name and photograph of the prize winner(s) for promotional purposes without compensation, unless the prize winner(s) advises the Promoter otherwise when accepting the prize. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion, awarding prizes and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and disclosing that information to its related entities and contractors for those purposes. The winners’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter sending future marketing materials to Entrants including by electronic messages. Entrants may ask the Promoter to access that personal information and request that corrections be made to it.

17. In the event of a prize not being claimed, that being that a prize winner cannot be contacted within 3 months of the prize draw on the contact phone number and email address/postal address listed on their entry form, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at noon AEST on 5th December 2012 at 2 Neilson Place Footscray 3011, subject to relevant state regulations. Winner drawn will be notified by phone and either email or using the facebook page and website for homyped by 20th December 2012.
