Terms & Conditions The instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry and entry into the Win a Coles Group Gift Card promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
Promotion commences 2 August 2012 and entries close at 5pm local time on 30 August 2012, and the draw date is on 8 of September 2012.
Entry is open to Australian residents, 18 years of age or older, who are members of the Yates Garden Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
You enter the promotion by writing 25 words or less “what you would buy with the Coles Group and Myer Gift Card?”.
Enter as many times as you like.
All valid entries received prior to the close of the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. to be held at Yates Australia, A Division of DuluxGroup Australia Pty Ltd , 1 Gow Street, Padstow NSW 2211 on 8 September 2012.
The 3 best entries will each win a Coles Group and Myer Gift card with $80 credit and 5 packs of assorted Yates Seeds.
All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Yates Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The winners will be advised via email and winners names will be published on
www.yates.com.au The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
