1. The promotion is to be conducted by The Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland (RNA), in conjunction with Tangalooma Island Resort.
2. The Courier-Mail Ekka Adventure Trail participants who complete The-Courier Mail Ekka Adventure Trail are eligible to enter the competition.
3. The RNA will automatically enter anyone who places an entry into the draw.
4. Competition commences at 9am on the first day of Show, Thursday 9 August 2012.
5. Competition closes at 6pm on the last day of Show, Saturday 18 August 2012. Any entries made after this date and time will not be accepted as competition entries.
6. One winner will be drawn at random at the RNA Showgrounds, 300 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills on Monday 20 August 2012.
7. The winner will be notified by phone or email and once confirmation is received from the winner, the details on how to redeem the prize will be provided to arrange preferred dates for their stay.
8. The winner's name will be posted on the Ekka website
