The top 10 voted entries in each voting period will be eligible for a years supply of noodles (1 prize awarded each period) and
the 60 entries from the first 6 periods will be judged to award the first trip to Vietnam. The same applies for periods 7-12.

Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry
not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who have a valid email address and if under 18
years have their parent or guardian’s consent to participate in the competition (“Eligible
Entrant”). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the
Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are
ineligible to enter.
3. All references to time stated in these terms and conditions in relation to opening and
closing times will refer to either Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) or
Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (“AEDST”), depending on the date when the
time occurs.
4. The Competition can be summarized as follows:
a) Every month during the Competition Period a new Episode of the Kung Fu Movie
titled ‘Fists of Fusian®’ will be released for captioning.
b) Entrants will be invited to create a Script for the current Episode and the public will
be invited to vote for their favourite Script.
c) The 10 Scripts that attract the most votes from the public voting on the Gallery for
each Episode will be named as a Finalist for that Episode, (“10 Episode Finalists”).
d) The 10 Episode Finalists will be judged by the Promoter and the entry judged to be
the most original, entertaining and appropriate to the direction of the story will win
the Episode Prize.
e) Each Episode Prize Winner will receive a year’s supply of MAGGI FUSIAN noodles
(refer to point 13(a) for Episode Prize details).
f) The Winning Script for each Episode will be incorporated into the official ‘Fists of
Fusian®’ storyline creating the first crowd-sourced Kung Fu film!
g) On 9 November 2012 the Promoter will announce the first Grand Prize Winner
which will be the entry it judges to be the overall best from all 60 Finalists selected
by public voting for Episodes 1 to 6 (refer to point 13(b) for Grand Prize details).
h) On 10 May 2013 the Promoter will announce the second Grand Prize Winner which
will be the entry it judges to be the overall best from all 60 Finalists selected by
public voting for Episodes 7 to 12 (refer to point 13(b) for Grand Prize details).

5. The competition commences at 10:00am on Tuesday 3 July 2012 & closes at 9:59am on
Monday 6 May 2013. (“Competition Period”). Within the Competition Period there will be
12 Episodes. Each Episode’s Entry Period will open at 10:00am and close at 9.59am on
the following dates:
a) Episode 1 – opens 3 July 2012 closes 9 July 2012
b) Episode 2 – opens 9 July 2012 closes 23 July 2012
c) Episode 3 – opens 23 July 2012 closes 6 August 2012
d) Episode 4 – opens 6 August 2012 closes 3 September 2012
e) Episode 5 – opens 3 September 2012 closes 1 October 2012
f) Episode 6 – opens 1 October 2012 closes 5 November 2012
g) Episode 7 – opens 5 November 2012 closes 3 December 2012
h) Episode 8 – opens 3 December 2012 closes 7 January 2013
i) Episode 9 – opens 7 January 2013 closes 4 February 2013
j) Episode 10 – opens 4 February 2013 closes 4 March 2013
k) Episode 11 – opens 4 March 2013 closes 1 April 2013
l) Episode 12 – opens 1 April 2013 closes 6 May 2013
6. To enter the competition, visit
www.facebook.com/maggifusian then click on the ‘Fists of
Fusian®’ tab and follow these steps:
a) Familiarise yourself with the Promoter’s “House Rules” for participating in the
Competition, which can be read at point 7 below.
b) For the current Episode, enter a caption (no more than 150 characters including
spaces) in each field (“Entry Script”).
c) Make sure all fields are filled and preview the Episode with all captions completed.
Submit episode when ready.
d) Complete the competition entry form.
e) Once submitted the entry will be moderated for compliance with the House Rules
and a notification email will be sent to the Eligible Entrant informing them if their
entry has been accepted or rejected.
f) An entry that is accepted will be published to the Competition Gallery where the
entry can be shared with friends and family who may vote for their favourite entry.
7. House Rules – The Promoter is committed to creating a community that both
encourages interaction and collaboration and shows respect for others. We ask our fans
to do their part and comply with these rules for film captions, posts, communications and

general interaction within this social platform. In the spirit of openness, it's worth
highlighting that if a film caption or post breaks these rules, it will be deleted. Keep these
rules in mind:
a) Keep it clean: no indecent or otherwise inappropriate posts or captions.
b) Play fair: no defamatory, obscene, threatening, dangerous or abusive posts or
captions.
c) No personal attacks: don't attack people with extreme language or personal
attacks. It stops conversation and can hurt people.
d) Stay on topic: no spam, unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, nor repeated
postings of unconstructive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable comments.
e) Be original: feel free to share video content, links, photographs and text if you have
rights to it - if you don't own it or have permission, don't post it.
f) Mind your own business: don't invade other's privacy or publicity rights and don't
give out personal information.
g) Keep it legal: no unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive posts or captions.
h) Be responsible: Children under the age of 13 should not post comments or enter
captions without the permission of their parents or guardians
i) Do the right thing: ensure all posts and captions comply with this site's terms of
use.
The content posted by participants on this site does not necessarily reflect the
Promoter’s views or opinions. The Promoter is not responsible for anything contained in
links on this site to third party content or websites. By contributing to this site, you agree
to allow Nestlé to use your content (including product ideas) in any manner without any
obligation or compensation to you.
8. There is no entry limit provided each entry is different.
9. Any member of the public may vote for an entry that appears in the Gallery during each
Episode’s Entry Period. Voting is limited to no more than once per 24 hour period. The
Promoter retains the absolute discretion to investigate, suspend and/or deduct votes
from an entry if it detects unusual voting activity.
10. The Entry Script must be the original work of the Eligible Entrant. The Promoter
reserves the absolute right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to
reject or disqualify an entry for any reason, including but not limited to anything the

Promoter considers: inappropriate, offensive or immodest; defamatory, threatening,
dangerous, hurtful or abusive; fraudulent, misleading or deceptive; or may infringe the
copyright of another person or entity; or for otherwise being an entry that is not in
accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all votes and reserves the
absolute right to disqualify a vote or multiple votes for any reason including but not
limited to exceeding the daily limit or being otherwise not submitted in accordance with
these terms and conditions.
12. There are 12 Episode prizes and two Grand prizes to be awarded.
13. Prize descriptions:
a) Episode Prize is valued at $195.78 recommended retail price (“RRP”) and is a
year’s supply of a selection of MAGGI FUSIAN Noodles which will be delivered to
the winner in two equal deliveries 6 months apart, to make a total of 130 individual
packets of MAGGI FUSIAN Noodles and 52 MAGGI FUSIAN Cup Noodles.
b) Grand Prize is valued at up to $4,000 and is a trip for 2 people to Vietnam, (or the
winner’s choice of another destination in South East Asia by agreement with the
Promoter). The prize will include flights from the winner’s nearest capital city and
the destination, twin-share accommodation and $500 spending money which will be
delivered to the winner in the form of a cheque payable to their name (or their
parent/guardian’s name if they are under 18 years). Flights and accommodation will
be subject to availability at time of booking. Additional spending money, meals,
taxes, valid passports, visas, transport to & from departure point, additional
transfers, insurance & all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. It
is a condition of accepting the prize that all components of the prize be taken during
the trip and all persons taking the trip depart from & return to the winner's nearest
capital city at the same time unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter & that all
persons taking the trip sign a waiver of liability & an indemnity in the form
determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Promoter accepts no
responsibility for variations in trip prize value. The Trip must be taken within 12
months of being awarded.
14. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the identity
of any prize winner. Winners will be determined as follows:

a) The 10 entries that receive the highest number of votes from the public for each of
the 12 Episodes will be announced as the Episode Finalists. The Promoter’s judges
will judge each Episode Finalist and award the Episode Prize to the entry it judges
to be the best.
b) The two Grand Prize Winners will be selected by the Promoter’s judges from all
Finalists selected during the Competition and will be determined as follows:
i the entry judged to be the best overall from the 60 Finalists from Episodes 1 to 6
will win the first Grand Prize; and
ii the entry judged to be the best overall from the 60 Finalists from Episodes 7 to
12 will win the second Grand Prize.
15. The winner for each episode will be determined by 12noon on the following dates and
will be announced at

16. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash. Prize values are correct at time
of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
17. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered,
including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered
or sustained during the course of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability
which cannot be excluded by law.

18. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance
with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting
www.nestle.com.au or
calling 1800 005 510.
19. Entrants release Facebook from all liability in relation to the Competition. Entrants
acknowledge that this Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered
with Facebook and that any information provided by entrants is provided to the promoter
and not to Facebook.
20. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. In the event that a prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable
endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a
different prize item of equal or greater value.
22. By entering the competition and claiming a prize, each entrant, (or their parent or
guardian) agrees to the use of their entry script for printing, broadcast, publicity and
promotional purposes, including but not limited to the MAGGI FUSIAN Facebook Fan
Page (
www.facebook.com/maggifusian) and the Promoter’s website/s without
compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own all intellectual property rights,
including copyright, in any such material. It is a condition of accepting any prize that the
winner acknowledges that the Promoter acquires the entry for use for its commercial
purposes and may amend the entry for such use and agrees not to object to any such
use on the basis of any moral right.
23. If a Grand Prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the Grand Prize will be awarded to
the winner's parent/guardian on their behalf.
24. Prizes will only be delivered in Australia. The Episode Prize will be delivered to the
winner in two equal deliveries six months apart. Each Episode Prize winner should allow
28 days from the conclusion of judging for the first delivery of their prize.
25. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, whether caused
by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the

control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or
integrity of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion,
(subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. The Promoter may in its sole discretion
disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
26. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database.
The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete
information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not
responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or
computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion
on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or
damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting
from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in
this Competition.
