3. The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 21 years and over where the Channel Seven broadcasting signal is received. Employees of Southern Star Entertainment Pty Ltd, (“Promoter”), the Seven Network, Salmat Digital Pty Limited and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The audience in the Deal-a-drome on the day of each show (including the contestants) are also eligible to enter.
GENERAL TERMS
4. The competition commences on Friday 10 August 2012 at 17:30 (AEST) and concludes on Thursday 16 August 2012 at 23:59 (AEST).
5. To enter, participants must be watching Deal or No Deal on the Seven Network (which includes Channel 7, 7mate and 7two) where they will be prompted to register their details for a chance to win. Details requested include (but are not limited to) full name, address and phone number. Entrants can enter as many times as they like and will be asked to register each day for a better chance of winning.
6. There will be a total of 5 rounds of the New Zealand Viewer Promotion for which a competition winner will be drawn each day. The Competition rounds will be as follows:

7. Entries must be received by 23:59 (AEST) on Thursday 16 August 2012 to be eligible, however a draw will take place on each Draw Date / Date of Play so entrants will be invited to enter in time for each Draw Date / Date of Play. The time of entry will in each case be the time the 190 telephone call / SMS message is received by the Salmat Digital database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries including SMS messages not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of SMS message due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason. The SMS entry mechanic is only open to consumers with an SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text messaging to the promotional SMS number. It is recommended that entrants check with their individual service provider in this regard.
The Winner for each round is the person who is drawn at random from all eligible SMS and 190 entries received by 23.59 AEST, on the day preceding the relevant Draw Date, as specified in the table in Clause 6.
If an Entrant’s Contact Details change during the promotional period, it is the Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
Winners agree to participate in and co-operate in such publicity and promotional activities as reasonably requested by the Promoter. The Promoter may record and reproduce on film, tape, photograph and by other means Winners’ names, likeness, voice and appearance (“Recording”) and use the Recording (in whole or in part) in any way without further consent or cost, including the right to synchronise the audio from the recording with other visual images and the vision with other audio and may use the Winners’ name, photograph, voice and biographical material in connection with publicity and advertising for the Program and related corporate promotions.
PRIZES

Prizes and values are as follows: There will be one (1) winner selected at random from the pool of eligible entries for each round during the Promotion Period on the Date of Play (as specified in the table in clause (6). There will be five (5) prizes in total. Each prize includes:
a) Return economy airfares (including taxes, levies and surcharges) flying Air New Zealand to New Zealand for 2 adults and 2 children, from the winners nearest capital city valued at a maximum of $3,800.
b) 6 x Nights hire of a Britz 4 Berth Campervan from Aukland, Christchurch or Queenstown valued at a maximum of $6,200
The campervan rental includes a fully equipped campervan, a travel wallet including maps and campground information, extra driver fees, unlimited kilometres, personal kits with living and sleeping equipment and a Britz Bonus Pack (full information on the bonus pack can be found on the Britz website)
The prize is valued at a maximum of $10,000

The Britz 4 Berth Campervan element of the prize, is subject to standard terms and conditions found at
www.britz.com. The driver must be over 21 years of age and must have a full driver’s licence that has been held for at least one year.
The winner must comply with all of the nominated car hire company agreements at the time of the loan. The vehicle must only be driven on sealed roads.

Report in the form required by the nominated car hire company must be completed and forwarded to the nominated car hire company dealer that the vehicle was collected from within 24 hours of the damage occurring. Repairs to the vehicle are not to be undertaken without the written consent of nominated car hire company or its appointed assessor.
The Nominated car hire company retains the title to the vehicle and the winner must not purport to sell, pledge, mortgage, lend, transfer, or in anyway encumber the vehicle. All costs relating to insurance, registration, service, repairs, etc, of the vehicle will be borne by the nominated car hire company except for the following items which the winner will be responsible for including but not limited to any negligent act performed by the driver or passengers involving the said vehicle: any loss or damage caused to, or by, the vehicle should the winner (or driver) be intoxicated or under the influence of medication or drugs whilst in control of the said vehicle: or any fines or penalties incurred for traffic infringements whilst the vehicle is in the custody and control of the winner (or nominated driver). The winner is to return the car to the nominated car hire company immediately upon completion of the agreed loan time and if the winner fails to do this, the nominated car hire company is irrevocably authorised to enter any premises in which they believe the vehicle to be situated and take possession of and remove the vehicle.
The winner will be responsible for, including but not limited to any negligent act performed by the driver or passengers involving the said vehicle: any loss or damage caused to, or by, the vehicle should the winner (or driver) be intoxicated or under the influence of medication or drugs whilst in control of the said vehicle: or any fines or penalties incurred for traffic infringements whilst the vehicle is in the custody and control of the winner (or nominated driver). The driver of the car must have a current Australian State or Territory license (which is not under suspension or cancellation) as at the date on which the winner (or companion) is to drive the vehicle.
The winners (and their companions) are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance, fuel and all other ancillary costs.
Travel insurance is not included in the cost of the prize and highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The winner/s and travelling companions must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure.
The prize must be taken within by Wednesday 31 July 2013. The prize is not available during 15 Dec -15 Jan 2013 or 15 Mar-13 April 2012, blackout periods, public holidays, school holidays, embargo periods or high season. All components of the Prize are subject to availability at the time of request (this will be checked at the time of booking), and cannot be changed once the booking has been made. Harvey World Travel requires 8 weeks’ notice of travel period.
Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports, visas and vaccinations, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the travellers.
