HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, individuals must log onto http://www.facebook.com/Woolworths and click "Like" then follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, including installing the Facebook App and allowing permissions and follow the instructions on the screen to play the game. If individuals already ‘Like’ the Woolworths Facebook page, they are still eligible to enter, and they need to follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page including installing the Facebook App and allowing permissions and following instructions on the screen to play the game during the Promotional Period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
 2.Entry is open to residents from Australia, aged 13 years and over only. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their legal guardian, on the winner’s behalf. Directors, management and employees of Woolworths Ltd and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
 3.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, Woolworths employment status and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
 4.Entries are limited to one per person per day. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
 5.Promotion commences 9:00am AEST 15/08/2012 and closes at 11:59pm AEST 28/08/2012 ("Promotional Period").
 6.There are 211 prizes in total. The prizes consist of: ◦15 x $20 Wish Gift Cards awarded per day during the Promotional Period, for a total of 210 vouchers ("Minor Prize")
◦1 x $750 Travel Voucher from Flight Centre awarded to a randomly picked entry at the end of the Promotional Period ("Major Prize")
 
7.Prior to the Promotional Period, the Promoter will randomly select times for the Wish Gift Cards to be won. A Minor Prize will be awarded to the first valid entry received at or after each winning time. The winners will be notified immediately with an instant win message and a pop up box on the screen prompting winners to enter their contact details to receive their prize (name, address, phone number and email). The winner must complete their full contact details in order to receive their prize, and if they fail to complete the form, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible entrant. Winners will also be automatically entered in the draw to win the Major Prize.

 If entrants receive an instant message showing they did not win, they will still be able to enter the Major Prize draw via a pop up message on the screen prompting entrants to enter their contact details (name, address, phone number and email). Entrants must complete their full contact details in order to be eligible for the Major Prize, and if they fail to complete the form, the Major Prize will be awarded to the next randomly drawn eligible entrant.

 Entrants who share the competition with their friends over Facebook or Twitter will receive an extra chance at winning the Major Prize upon completed entries as a result of the entrants' referral.

 The Major Prize will be drawn randomly at 10:00am on 29/08/2012 at Level 4, 68 Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, and will be notified via email.

 The names of all winners of both Minor Prizes and the Major Prize will be published on the Woolworths website at www.woolworths.com.au by 5pm on the next working day after the prize has been awarded.

 All unclaimed prizes will be randomly awarded to entrants who have submitted their details for the Major Prize and Second Chance draw in a redraw at 10:00am on 05/12/2012 at Level 4, 68 Wentworth Avenue, Surry Hills, NSW 2010. The winners will be notified via email and prizes will be sent via Australia Post to the address listed by the entrant on their entry form.
8.Total prize pool is maximum RRP $4950 AUD. The prize pool value is the total of 210 Wish Gift Cards each to the value of $20 AUD and one Flight Centre Travel Voucher to the value of $750 AUD. The prizes are offered ‘as is’ and may not be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The winner of the $750 Flight Centre Major Prize is responsible for redeeming it within the period specified on the voucher via the internet at www.flightcentre.com.au or telephone on 133 133. Any correspondence regarding the travel booking must be made with Flight Centre directly. Any costs or problems associated with booking via the internet or telephone are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any costs above and beyond the $750 Flight Centre travel voucher. The Flight Centre travel voucher is subject to the terms and conditions set out by Flight Centre.
9.All winners will be notified in writing by email to the email address provided. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.All prizes will be sent to the winners via Australia Post. Woolworths accepts no responsibility for lost, misdirected or uncollected mail, and undelivered prizes will not be replaced.
11.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
12.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
13.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
 14.The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Personal information will only be used to contact and announce the winners. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Has anyone had a win off this one? There's lots of complaints about it malfunctioning on their Facebook site.

I got the Congratulations you have won a $20 gift card but after I submitted my details it came up with an error message. I put a message on their wall but can't even find it now. So have messaged them. Checked their daily winners list but it is just a blur of colours and unreadable.
