Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prize that may be won in the Promotion form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any person from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
Entry is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18 that possess a current ABN (Australian Business Number). Employees of the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed online at contest.bizzbuzz.com.au/win-an-ipad for the duration of the promotion.
Definitions within this Promotion:
Online means at contest.bizzbuzz.com.au/win-an-ipad and facebook.com/bizzbuzzoz
Promotion means the promotion governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry
Promotion Period means 07:00pm AEST 14/06/12 to 11:59pm AEST 21/09/12 Promoter refers to Bizz Buzz Pty Ltd (trading as Bizz Buzz) ABN 86 149 454 062, 28 Waragal Avenue, Rozelle, 2039, NSW Australia.
The Promotion starts 07:00pm AEST 14/06/12 and finishes 11.59pm AEST 21/09/12.
To enter the Promotion, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form ("Primary Entry"). You can earn an Additional Entry in the Promotion when you send the Promotion page to a friend, age 18 or older, by following the Additional Entry instructions on the screen ("Additional Entry"). The friend must enter the Promotion through your referral in order to get an additional entry. All entries must be received within the Promotional Period. Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Promoter’s privacy policy.
By entering online, you agree to the following conditions. All entries will be entered into a database and The Promoter may use the entrant’s names, email addresses for future marketing communications. By opting-in, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing communications, the entrant should contact The Promoter on their details set out in these terms. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to The Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of subscribers and reserves the right to disqualify any subscriber for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple subscriptions.
The prize draw will take place at 5pm AEST on Friday 21st September 2012 at Level 2, 608 Harris Street, Ultimo, 2007 Australia.
The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the winner. The prize winner will be contacted in writing by email and the winner’s details will be published on the Bizz Buzz Facebook page (facebook.com/bizzbuzzoz) on Monday 24th September. If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
The Prize is 1 x $539 16GB Black 3rd Generation Apple iPad.
Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming or lotteries authority, in the event that the prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 months from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draws as are necessary. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 5pm AEST on Friday 21st December at Level 2, 608 Harris Street Ultimo, NSW, 2007, Australia. If in the case of an unclaimed prize draw the winner will be notified by phone and/or in writing and the winner’s details will be published on the Bizz Buzz Facebook wall (facebook.com/bizzbuzzoz) on Friday 21st December.
Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any subscriber who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry or the Terms or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
The Promoter may use any personal information that an entrant has provided to it as part of the promotion for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner's surname, initial and suburb. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. A copy of the Promoter's privacy policy can be viewed at the Website. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Bizz Buzz Pty Ltd privacy policy, which can be viewed at

In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
